You will have access to the whole unit as well as the complex amenities that include 2 pools, whirlpools, fitness center, arcade room, and beach access.
In addition to the fabulous beach, the East end of Panama City Beach is close to everything you may want to do in the area. St. Andrews State Park is just 3 miles away. A wide variety of food and entertainment is close by. Signal Hill Golf Course, an 18 hole well maintained course, is less than a mile away.
You will probably want a car to be able to see all the attractions but if you want to try something different, Golf carts and scooters can be rented a block away from the condo.
-NOTE: There is a $53 registration fee per condo for parking passes and amenity wristbands. This is NOT included in your reservation; this is to be paid directly to the resort upon arrival.
Upon first arriving at the property, the guest must register in the lobby kiosk or the Gulf Crest Rental Office. There is a $53 charge to Gulf Crest which is not included in the rental fees. At that time the vehicles will be registered and must display a Gulf Crest parking pass when parked on the property.
Age Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years of age. Children of guests are always welcome.
Indemnity: Guest agrees to hold owner harmless from any accidents, injuries or illness that
occurs while on the premises or its amenities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Property Damage: Guest agrees to compensate the owner for any damages due to
negligence or carelessness on the part of the guest or any extra cleaning needed. Excessive
sand in the condo will result in a $50 cleaning fee. The cost to replace damaged
furniture or property will be charged to the guest. The property has been inventoried and
inspected, you will be charged for missing items. If you notice something broken, please
notify us immediately.
Access: Guest shall allow Owner access to the property for purposes of repair, maintenance
(HOA pest control) and inspection. Owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable
manner.
