For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The location was outstanding. Directly on the beach. Our family had a great time. The supplies of toilet paper (3), trash bags (2), paper towels (1), dishwasher tab (1), etc. were definitely not enough for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit rented for a week.

Our stay at Blue 9 3 was excellent. You can’t beat the private beach. The condo has been newly furnished and looks great. The only issue with the wifi connection.

Great Condo

The condo is in a nice location, great views and well equipped. When we reported a clogged kitchen sink to management company, they sent someone out and had it fixed within a couple of hours while we relaxed on the beach. We will always stay at the Blue Nine!

The beach area in front of the condo is private for families staying in Blue Nine, so the beach area is never going to be crowded.The condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly (3 bedroom, with 4 beds total).CONS:The high-speed internet router had to be reset several times because the connection kept dropping. In this era of video streaming, without internet you can't watch TV. I called Benchmark and there's pretty much nothing they can do. I called the internet provider and they said they would come out the next day. They didn't show, and then I got a text from them saying I had an appointment for the week after we left. I finally figured out the router was overheating, and moved it out of the cabinet.We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo; 1 live and 1 dead. It was the biggest roach I've ever seen. I called Benchmark 3 times. Each time they said they would get it treated, and they never did. This was an issue for us, as my family was creeped out by it, and we were paranoid for the remainder of our stay.

Terrible Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the poor customer service from Benchmark Property Management, I cannot give good ratings for this property. Just ten days prior to our trip, I found out through an email in my Spam Folder, not even a phone call, that we had to make other arrangements due to construction at the original place we booked. If I had not happened upon that email, we would have driven 12 hours and not had a place to stay. Calls to Benchmark to help me went unanswered and messages unreturned. Ultimately, I booked Blue Nine 3 which was well-equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately, it had cockroaches, a clogged drain which my husband cleared, loose plumbing fixtures (see a review from a Sept. 2023 guest), and the magnificent view is only from the 2nd floor not the main floor which my 90 yr. old mother couldn't enjoy because of the stairs. I asked Benchmark to take care of the roaches and their droppings, and they said they'd "get back" to me, but never did. They also promised twice to apply a "15% Easter Discount" and I was told three times in writing and verbally that they had applied it and would see it on my card soon. After a month of unreturned calls, leaving messages, then reps. telling me they would "check into it" but then not calling back, I was then told it was too late because the transaction was closed. After speaking to a manager, I am still waiting for someone to "get back" to me. Owners and guests should be aware of such poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and not holding true to their word by Benchmark Property Management.

Love 30A and this Property is Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the beach, not crowded, and rental updated and equipped with all amenities! A plus for us were fewer staits to climb to the beach with children, chairs, coolers, etc. Stayed here the last 2 years after visiting 10 and hopefully again next year!

The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Unfortunately, the dolphins were on vacation somewhere else. We usually see them while we enjoy our morning coffee, but they had other plans. No problem, we'll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was not worth the money, it’s outdated and the rental agency apparently has no early arrival, even though the place was fully cleaned before 12pm had to wait till 4:03pm. Upstairs is hot, and needs some stuff cleaned up for the price. I have stayed in 30A for over 10 years and this is the only time I did not enjoy my stay and first time using this agency.

FANTASTIC BEACHFRONT LOCATION

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect with direct access to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family. The condo is very dated with stains on the carpet, dirty cabinets and old appliances. For the price, it needs to be updated. The Wi-Fi was awful. We had to leave the condo to log into work, which was a huge inconvenience. On the day of our departure, a furniture delivery truck arrived. Our daughters were in the shower and we were trying to load up our car. We weren’t notified of the delivery and the drivers were frustrated we wouldn’t let them in.
