In need of repair and pest control
We enjoyed our stay but we were surprised at the condition of the property. The window in the bathroom was rotted, there were sheetrock repairs that werenât painted, the toilet paper holder was broken, one of the exterior door handles was broken, and we had to hang a sheet over the front door because the privacy shade was ripped in half and the residents from the main house could look directly into the property. The keys also didn't work well. At one point, the keys wouldn't unlock the doors during a rainstorm and I had to climb over the porch to get inside. We also wish we had known beforehand that the tv in the upstairs loft bedroom was not a smart tv and only had access to cable channels.
A basic pest control spray would also go a long way. We had to kill two cockroaches and there were ants in the bathroom. I typically donât leave reviews, but we paid a top market price and received a mid tier product in return.
