Electronic Lock: There is no need to carry a key and no worry about someone else having a copy of the key. Recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances, light fixtures, etc.

Beautiful views of the white sugar sand beach and crystal clear water. Sixty feet long eight feet high glass wall from floor to ceiling along the beach. Sliding glass doors are in bedrooms and living room. All rooms including dining rooms see the beach and ocean.

Large bedrooms with private baths and walk-in closets. Master bath has two sinks. This condo is very well equipped to accommodate 7 people. Master has king bed and second bedroom has two queens and roll out bed.

Each room has a floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall view of the gulf, and it feels close to the beach from this third floor condo. Watch the beautiful sunsets and relax with your favorite drink at the balcony.

This is a low-density condo, which has only 32 units each building; a total of 64 units! No waiting for elevators. Two parking spaces for each unit are located under the building on the main floor. This is a very nice vacation spot located on the west end of Panama City Beach, yet conveniently located close to all types of dining, shopping, family amusements, and activities at the brand new Pier Park complex! You're close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, and the Panama City Beach Pier Park.

New large HD TVs in bedrooms and a Smart TV in the living room with DVD player. A fully stocked kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, free WiFi and HBO making this 'home away from home' perfect for families, couples, and friends.

We had a beautiful view of the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach chair rental was a wonderful amenity. Kitchen had plenty of space and necessary items. Host was quick to respond when we had questions.

We very much enjoyed our vacation at Seachase. The unit was well equipped and clean and the owner was very good at responding to our inquiries. VRBO did not send us the email we needed with condo access, but the owner was very quick to correct it so that we could get in. We are definitely thinking about staying here again! We loved the easy access to the beach, comfortable living room, beach chairs and the location.

Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, great view and access to the beach. Everything was wonderful. Well stocked kitchen. Would love to stay here again. Condo was roomy, not cramped space. Loved that the floors all had beautiful tile flooring, no carpet. Host instructions for access and everything were great. Even included how to operate tv’s in every room.

The condo is very nice and close to the beach. The huge doors that opened up to the small balcony were what made this rental. We were bummed when we found out that the chair service didn't start until the 15th. The listing did not specify that, and it was the entire reason we rented this condo. The owner was super friendly and promptly answered any questions we had. The elevator stopped working on day 2 of our stay and was still out when we checked out. Thankfully, we were only on the 3rd floor. If you plan to stay here, bring your own pillows and some hangers if you plan to hang anything up in the closets.

Building is old so you get what comes with that. There is nothing the owner can do about that. Owner was easy to contact and handled issues immediately. Very quiet with no beach crowds. Not a long walk to the beach and having the chairs come with it was a big savings.

The condo was very spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. The 2 beach chairs that came with the condo were SO convenient. My sister and I didn't have to worry about dragging a lot of stuff to the beach. There was not really anything we did not like about our stay. The condo was great as well as the beach access and view. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We actually met him on the beach on our last day. This is a great place to stay and I would definitely rent it again.

Amazing Beach Front View

We had a great time staying at this place. The description matched exactly how it was listed. The view was incredible from every room. It was nice to open the sliding glass doors and let fresh air in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay right on the beach!

The perfect retreat

Every room except the bathrooms have a perfect view of the beach. Check in was no hassle, parking was ideal, and we never waited on an elevator. If you are a lover of the beach, this is your place!!!

Wonderful 50th birthday stay!

We had a great stay! The condo had perfect views of the beach from every room! It had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great from day one! Check-in was easy and parking plentiful! We're already planning our next trip!
