Had a great vacation, condo was fantastic. Super clean, great view, everything you need is there for you. The balcony is huge, washed and dried clothes several times, cold fridge, several elevator's, and the owner made sure we were happy. Will be going back for sure!!!

It was great to wake up and look out over the water. A few days there were dolphins jumping in the clear turquoise water. The beach is beautiful with soft sand and calm water. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. We did take the car out a couple of times but you woldnt reall have to if you didnt want. One suggestion i would make to anyone is to park on the lower floors. You will take the elevator in any case and the drive up and down from the top is dizzying. Great place to stay. Super comfortable beds.

We loved the view, closeness to the beach, that we parked our car and did not start it again until the trip home, how walkable it was, busy atmosphere but did not feel crowded.

Such a great place to stay. The scenery, the vibes, its quite amazing! Food and beverages really good at the pool and sunset pictures devine on the beach. Best host from the min i booked until i left. Thanks for an amazing getaway!

The condo was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. I especially appreciated having two full bathrooms and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The very large balcony was a favorite spot—we enjoyed it whenever we weren’t on the beach. The location was perfect, with amazing pools right on site.Jim was absolutely fantastic to work with—easy to communicate with and full of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He went above and beyond when we accidentally left behind a watch. Jim contacted the next renters to see if they could find it. When they did he arranged to meet up with them to retrieve it, and then mailed it back to us.We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and if we return to Panama City Beach, this will be our first choice!

The property was amazing and had great views of the ocean and pool. We had everything we needed there for our weeks stay. Jim was very responsive and helpful when needed. The only issues we had was the resort elevators being packed all the time and taking long amounts of time waiting. The parking was also very bad at the resort. Other than those 2 things the condo itself was clean and beautiful.

The condo was very spacious and clean. King size bed in the master was comfy. Having 2 full size bathrooms and one with a washer/dryer was great. The balcony was also very spacious with plenty of seating and even a lounge chair. Amenities were great- huge pool and hot tub. My only complaint is the Shores of Panama elevator wait times- which is not the condo owners fault. Jim was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed!

A Slice Of Paradise!

Jim was great and very communicative host right from the beginning after paying. I had his phone number, so we could communicate directly, and he promptly returned each message. The condo was great! Clean, had everything we needed. The view was everything! My 10 year old loved the big tv's for end of day entertainment. We enjoyed the balcony and the view! The king size bed, was super comfy, i hated getting out of it. Loved having two bathrooms. This condo was perfect for our family. My daughter was already talking about our next trip down before we even checked out. I would definately recommend Jim and his condo! It was a great time!

The Condo and property owner were excellent

I lost a lot of sleep and was very, very irritated with the noise and rudeness of the high school graduates that were there this time. If I had any way of knowing that they were going to be there and being so loud and disrespectful, I would have booked somewhere else. This is the second time that I have booked the Condo I stayed at with Jim Rink, and he is very thoughtful and accommodating. But having the crowds of high school graduates and there behavior and the police being there every night trying to calm them down was disappointing.
