Moon Mark Cottage is a thoughtfully designed residence offering 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room blending collected mid-century modern vibes with comfortable coastal living. The first floor features an open kitchen, living, and dining area, complete with two built-in banquette dining areas and two separate seating areas in the living room, both ideal for gathering. Additional outdoor seating is available on the courtyard patio.

A spacious first-floor queen bedroom includes patio access and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. A half bath and laundry room are also conveniently located on the main level. An art-lined stairwell leads to the second floor, where you'll find a charming queen guest bedroom, two built-in bunks in the hallway, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The upstairs king guest suite includes its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. Step outside to a private balcony with serene views of the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club.
