Ocean views! Adorable house on 30A with a centralized location and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The Sassy Seagull is a beautifully decorated beach cottage in the lovely resort community of Cottages at Camp Creek, located in Seacrest along scenic Hwy 30A. Guests can hang out by the large community pool or soak in the hot tub, or take advantage of the private deeded beach access just a 3-minute walk away. You can also explore the Timpoochee Trail, perfect for walking and jogging or for going for a scenic ride on one of the bikes provided! There's plenty to do here, and you're also in close proximity to restaurants and shopping!

This adorable three-level cottage sleeps 12 people and is the perfect getaway for families!

Arriving at The Sassy Seagull, guests are greeted with a vibrant blue beach cottage and four bikes that are perfect for getting around Seacrest. Inside on the first level, guests are welcomed to two king master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The south side master bedroom features a private balcony with patio seating and an ensuite with a soaking tub and spacious shower. Also found on this floor, a closet filled with beach gear to make an unforgettable day at the beach! Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sandcastle tools are all available for guests' enjoyment.

The second level features a wide-open floor plan for the kitchen and living room, making it the perfect environment for the family to gather after an amazing day of fun. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Seek comfort in the living room with a large plush sofa and a large flatscreen TV. A second-floor balcony can also be accessed from the living room with double doors that can be fully opened to allow fresh sea air into the home. Lastly, the third bedroom is found on this second level. This bedroom features two queen beds and a large flat-screen TV.

The third and final level of this beach cottage is perfect for kids and gamers alike. There is a large bedroom with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk. After a day on the beach, complete the night with the enjoyment of the game room. The game room offers family-friendly board games, a flatscreen TV, and a mini-refrigerator. No one on this level will be disappointed by the double doors leading to the top covered balcony featuring the best views of the ocean.

The Cottages at Camp Creek is the perfect community for families. Here, guests will find a neighborhood full of Key-West style cottages that surround the large community pool and hot tub. The Cottages at Camp Creek are located just minutes away from other incredible communities like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. Just a 10-minute bike ride away, The Big Chill is conveniently located. The Big Chill is an entertainment district that offers restaurants, shopping, live music, and exciting events-- made for those of all ages.

Probably one of the best single home beach rentals we have had. Great location with a quick bike ride to Alys or Rosemary. Two blocks to the beach with a private entrance so not crowded like the beaches closer to town. House was clean and well maintained. Four bikes provided which save you money. Full complement of chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more provided. You should bring some beach towels. Kitchen was very good and operational. Flatware and china matched which sounds small but better than the usual house which just has an assortment of mugs and plates people have left behind over the years. One noticeable issue however is modest and you may find it not relevant. The house is right on 30A. At night when you lay down, you do not hear the sound of waves you hear the sound of traffic which is light usually but every construction vehicle or car with a jacked up engine is going to be heard loud and clear. This only applies to the master bedroom. The other three bedrooms that are in the back of the house do not have this issue. Not a deal breaker in our book but if you are a light sleeper something to consider. Ultimately, if we return to the area, this will definitely be the house we rent.

Great trip!

Great stay. Had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the pool and beach. Beds we’re comfortable and the AC worked well too. Layout of the house was perfect for us to not head teenagers up on the 3rd floor.

Good location and cute beach decor

This was a great location and was very close to the beach but saying it’s a two minutes walk is a stretch. There is a dedicated cross walk for this small neighborhood which was very helpful. House is decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of four. Tips and notables: Recommend bringing your own beach chairs and beach towels. There is a large working umbrella, sand castle equipment, and cart to lug your gear. The fridge does not have water or ice dispenser. Fully equipped kitchen, but zero extras. Like seasonings, coffee filters, etc. (we left a small salt and pepper:) ) My cleanliness rating includes overall condition of the property. The place does need some attention, rugs, floors and lock’s especially. Perhaps a small reno is in the future. We had some issues but overall our family enjoyed our stay at the Sassy Seagull and would recommend.

Excellent stay

Wonderfully clean and beautiful property. We have stayed in this area multiple times and the communication with the property managers was the best we have experienced. There were some hiccups with the WiFi which were communicated and fixed within our stay. The short walk to the beach was no problem and this property was a prefect fit for our needs.

Sweet Stay

We had a great time in our vacation rental. The house was clean, well equipped with towels and comfortable. The beach access was close and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Definitely recommended for a summer getaway.

Great house and location. The owner planned significant work on the house during our rental which was not great. They took over the deck balcony for two days and were working on the roof. It was noisy.

Christmas with the family.

Our family of 8 from three different states came together to spend the holidays near the beach, which was a short walk across the street. We enjoyed having four bedrooms and each with a bathroom for privacy. Fully equipped kitchen and Publix grocery nearby meant we only ate out one night. We would highly recommend renting this house, especially if you have a small dog.

Great beach house in a great location.

We loved our experience at the Sassy Seagull. The house was clean and very comfortable with lots of room for everyone in our family and great views from multiple balconies. We enjoyed the bikes for rent and walking across 30a to the beach. The community pool is also close by although it was too cold to enjoy on our stay. We would love to stay here again. Thanks!

Perfection!

This property has everything. The beach is a very short walk. The pool is basically in your back yard and is much bigger than what it looks in the pictures. This house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and it has plenty of space for everyone to spread out if needed. It also comes with bathroom necessities, laundry starter packet and dishwasher starter packet. We didn't have to purchase anything except food. Wish we could have stayed longer!
