Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Beach Front Lux

We descended upon PCB for the annual Sea Breeze Jazz Festival
 We decided to choose a luxury beachfront condo for four adults. The unit was meticulously decorated, the details were very well thought-out; colors, textures, function & layout. We all felt VERY comfortable during our four-night stay.I rated the unit an overall 4.90 because I believe there is room for improvement. We felt the cabinets in the kitchen were maybe overlooked because they were sticky and floors throughout the home needed additional cleaning. I called and requested a bucket and mop, the next day they were provided. All bedrooms had an on-suite, beautiful large windows overlooking the beach //pool; the rooms were VERY well appointed. The outside main balcony was large and had ample lovely seating, unfortunately outlet on the patio was inoperable. Access to the beach was easy and secure and there was adequate parking onsite.We ALL decided that if/when we return to Panama City Beach we will definitely reach out to see if this beautiful condo is available. Perfect Condo on the Beach

We loved everything about this Condo. The bedrooms and bed-set up were perfect. We also really enjoyed the glider on the deck for watching the ocean and the low table and chairs for family meals. We also appreciated that there was enough seating in the living and dining room to accommodate us all at the same time. We look forward to staying in this condo again in the future!

This was our first booking through VRBO and it did not disappoint. We loved this condo and the resort in general. Great location, easy check-in, and the included beach service was an excellent inclusion. My husband and I fell in love with this listing and plan to return again. Our only wish was that it would available earlier, as his company usually closes for vacation in July and from what I’ve found the earliest I could book was August. (We stayed first week of September when we stayed.)

As Advertised

From the moment we walked in the door, it was first class. I am a very picky about the comfort of beds, and I thought the bed I slept in was comfortable (it was the bedroom with the seahorse bedspreads). I did not hear any complaints from my friends about their beds. We did not use the kitchen to cook in too much. It was simple things we fixed, and it met our needs. The security was great too. Beach exit is blocked off from those that don't have a code to get on property. I will keep Kim's condos in my "places to stay" book.

Amazing condo!!

This is THE best condo I have ever rented. I wanted to find a place for 10 senior citizens to vacation comfortably and without anyone sleeping on a bunk/twin bed or sofa. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very large also. The property manager was easy to work with.
