Minimum Age: The Splash Resort requires the primary renter to be 25 years old. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
Policies: In addition to minimum age, the unit has strict policies including "no pets" and "no smoking".
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 6 adults. Children under 3 years of age do not apply.
Check-in: Splash Resort requires a one-time $40 registration fee, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. This fee includes: One parking pass
Pool wristbands for guests ages 12 and older
Each additional vehicle is $40.

Listing had incorrect info. The arcade and all that entails shut down a year before we went and we had no idea since this listing still showed all of that information and images. We did not receive any of the complimentary add ons and other discounts due to the listing being outdated either. They were responsive in fixing the AC issue the unit experienced, though the AC never got below 70 even after the fix. The couches in the unit had never been cleaned and the living room table was literally falling apart. We covered the furniture with sheets. Ceiling paint is peeling in the bathrooms and there was mold in the en suite bathroom vent. It was honestly an okay stay but this unit needs some updating and cleaning.

Elevator situation is horrible really need more elevators. Kids loved the pools, walk to the beach was no far at all, all though could use a ramp, lifting wagons up and down stairs to go to the beach. The cafe has amazing dole whip, overall it was nice!

A little disappointed!

Splash Resort is a great resort! I have 2 complaints: First, the cleaners are terrible. When I requested some things be re-cleaned and mopped, 2 young teens came with 1 bottle of windex and a single towel completely clueless on how to clean. They seemed completely lost! Needless to say, I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the condo myself. The dining room table was supposed to seat 6 people (we had 7 in our party), however 2 chairs were broken and unusable. When the host was notified, he stated he would send maintenance the next morning. When maintenance showed up (2 days later) they said the host had been made aware weeks prior that the chairs were not repairable and he needed to purchase more (this should’ve been disclosed to us prior to our stay)! We feel we should’ve been given some compensation for the multiple inconveniences and out of pocket costs on cleaning supplies!

Our favorite!

We absolutely love this condo and host! The host communicated all of the needed info to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (even a crockpot!). The washer and dryer came in clutch for my crew since there were 7 of us and we used lots of towels. I highly recommend this condo and host to anyone wanting a stress free beach getaway! Oh... And the chair and umbrella rental that came with the condo were SO nice!

Perfect place for all ages

This place was awesome! Parking was a breeze in the covered parking deck. Carts were readily available on the second level parking deck which makes it easy to check in and cross the covered breezeway across the street to the beachside where the condo is located. There is ample space for children on the large balcony which looks over the beautiful beach. We had ample cooking utensils and were able to cook dinner several nights. There was a washer and dryer on site and a starter pack of amenities was provided which was nice. The pool on site was awesome and my children loved it. We will definitely be back to stay again.

This was our 3rd year coming back to Splash with our family of 5 - kids ages 8, 5 & 1. We drove from Wisconsin. Perks of Splash: beachfront - saw dolphins from our balcony, everything is within a 5-10 min drive, heated pools are awesome since the weather didn’t cooperate the best. Stayed on the 6th floor this year. Luckily, elevators were working correctly and we never had an issue since we had our stroller. Room was accommodating for our family. Plenty of room. Loved having washer and dryer, don’t have to pack as much clothes. Host let us check in early. No coffee maker (does have a keurig) but the front desk check-in lady was a sweetheart and had one for us!

Amazing Stay

The condo is exactly as described. It was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The setup was perfect with the king bed and sleeper sofa in the main bedroom for us and our little kids. The check in process was seamless and Pamela was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We have already looked to see if we could stay here again but everything is booked. Will definitely stay here again.
