As part of the community at Emerald Beach Resort, enjoy fantastic on-site amenities including Tropical pool areas and a whirlpool spa. This condo is on the 6th floor.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the inviting living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and Love seat. Watch your favorite family movies or shows on the new flat-screen TV as of January 2020, Slide opens the balcony glass doors, and listen to the rolling waves.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with sparkling granite countertops and appliances.

When it’s time to eat, share meals at the table for four or perch at the breakfast bar for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a 32” screen TV.

Find quiet privacy in the tranquil master suite, outfitted with a king bed. Enjoy private access to the balcony. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take in sweeping panoramas of the Gulf from your private balcony. Ride the elevator down to the sugar-white sand beaches.

Lovely views

The condo is nice. The views are amazing. Plenty of room on the balcony. I could have stayed out there all day. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We loved A’more donuts. Their donuts and sandwiches are delicious. The downside is the walk from the parking garage to the unit. The elevator wait times were frustrating when we were there. Some of the time it took 5 minutes, other times it was over 20 minutes. We loved the beach and the pool. A map of the resort would be a nice touch. It took us some exploring to figure out where everything was. Overall we had a lovely time. PCB is a fun, family friendly city. Pier Park is great and St Andrew’s state park is beautiful.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect and even had a closet with 4 beach chairs and toys for the beach. The pool at the resort was so nice, we spent a lot of time back there after visiting the gulf or activities. The kids could play without worry and were always within eye. Hoping to be back next year!

Great location.

The location at the end of the building meant we just had a few steps to the elevator and then quick access to an area of beach to set up our tent. We liked the 2 king sized beds. We would recommend the condo to friends.

Everything was great! Loved how the unit was kid friendly. The only disappointment was the pools being so far away from the beach. However, the pool area was absolutely fabulous with plenty of seating and kid atmosphere! Very easily maneuvered through the building.

A Week In Paradise!

We absolutely love this condo! It was perfect for our family of 6! The 2 pools are amazing! There is a bar, a snack bar with pizzas , ice cream, etc, Starbucks, and souvenir shop all onsite! Runaway Island is one of our favorite restaurants and it's walking distance right next door! :) The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook. I actually never left the condo for the first 3 days we were there except to walk next door for dinner and across the street to get doughnuts for breakfast! :) We will be booking this condo again!

Great condo pick

The condo was great for our family. Pack and play was a great addition. Lots of sand toys. Close to trash deposit. Elevators did not take long. Lots of pots and pans to cook. Washer pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap. Wish there were more wash cloths/hand towels for dishes. Floor got a slippery from humidity probably. Bring lots of socks. Beds were comfy. Great view. Quiet resort.

Condo was great, 6th floor, not long wait for elevators. Loved the skyway bar, My wife won 4 times playing bingo. Loved the recliners. Plenty of water playthings in the closet. AC worked great. Response to our smoke detector was very quick. Owners brother came out in 15 minutes .

The condo was super clean and well stocked! The management was super responsive via text. It was very crowded this time of year in PCB but the location of Emerald Beach Resort is within walking distance to several area restaurants and shopping. We all really loved the amenities of the resort and enjoyed both pools, outdoor games, the Sky Bar and of course Starbucks. We will definitely be back!!
