PANORAMIC VIEWS- DIRECT OCEAN FRONT FREE BEACH CHAIRS - March to October

Directly on the beach with amazing views of the ocean offering all the comforts of home. Sunbird Condominium is located at 9850 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4 PERSONS, no exceptions there is a Ring Camera to verify occupancy. If you violate it you can be evicted and you will forfeit your reservation.
NO PETS !!!
The condo is on the 11th floor and it is completely renovated, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, bedroom offers a king size bed and a nice size closet and ocean view. Living room has leather couch and love seat, the couch is also a sleeping sofa, the living room TV is a Smart TV. Dining area has a table for 4 with direct ocean view, the condo has panoramic views of the ocean from every window.

This condo rental includes FREE BEACH CHAIRS with umbrellas.

Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. Sunbird offers three swimming pools one is heated. Step out of the elevator and you are steps away from the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Sunbird is conveniently located with in walking distance of restaurants as well as shopping.
Sunbird has a gated parking lot, a parking permit must be purchased by the guest from the HOA office located on the ground level of the East tower next to the main pool. The parking pass is $35.00 for the duration of your stay, it is not a daily fee. While on the premises wrist bands are also required and must be worn by all guests, each wrist band is $6.00 and must also be purchased from the HOA office. There are additional beach chairs with umbrellas available for rent, daily or weekly rates. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own.
Absolutely NO pets.
SNOWBIRDS - We offer monthly rentals November 1st - March 1st, please inquire for rates.

Great Place!

Amazing place to stay! We stayed at another resort a few years back and it doesn't compare! The location was great, parking was easy, grounds were clean, and the condo was perfect. Very clean, gorgeous view of the ocean, bed was so comfortable, communication super easy. We hope to visit again.

This was our first mother/daughter trip to Panama City Beach, and it couldn’t have been a better visit! Anna, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well-prepared with everything we needed before we arrived. Her communication about check-in, check-out, and how to use the lock was clear and easy to follow.The condo was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we truly felt at home. The view was absolutely gorgeous! My mom uses a rolling walker and wasn’t able to go down to the beach, but she loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Even though it was too cloudy to catch a sunset, the view would’ve been perfect if the skies had been clear!We’re so thankful for the peaceful, relaxing time we had and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very Cute Condo!!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this great PCB condo! It was very clean and made us feel right at home. We had our coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the gulf before heading down to the beach. In the evenings the pools were a great way to finish out the day. We will definitely be booking again! Can’t recommend enough.

Great weekend getaway

The condo was clean and offered spectacular gulf views and easy beach access. Having the chairs and umbrellas available was also a plus. Only down side was being next door to Pineapple Willy’s, which heavy traffic in the evenings!

Amazing

The condo was perfect! It was clean, and welcoming. You can see the beach from everywhere inside the condo. Some condos are way overdone with decor, but Sunbird East 1108 is perfect. It is beautifully decorated, but simply. Thats what i loved about it. It wasnt busy. It was just enough and it made for a super relaxing trip. It was exactly what my husband and I needed. Perfect Panama!

We had one of the best beach vacations, and a long history of memory! I am very particular about where I stay and I’m always anxious if the pictures really are what I’m walking into. I can honestly say that the condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great location for all the activities and the beach was absolutely gorgeous and clean. In a lot of places the pool area can be old and dingy. I was very impressed as to how clean and inviting it was. I would highly recommend anyone staying here! Laura
