The Beach Barracks is a breezy, updated old Florida-style home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the west end of Panama City Beach, where beach access is easy and public! Beach Barracks is located a short 1.5 blocks away from three beach access points, including one with a ramp for easy accessibility, that will take you directly to the white sands and crystal blue Gulf waters! The walk to the beach is flat and quick. The accesses points are 88, 89 and 90. Access 89 has stairs down to the beach and access 90 has a walkway over Front Beach Rd and a ramp down to the beach. Close by are 2 grocery stores in this quaint community. Parking for 3 vehicles.

You enter the cozy living area with ample seating for watching the SMART 42" TV that is on a swivel mount to ensure you can watch your show or game in any area of the main living space. This room is open and seamlessly blends into the spacious kitchen that is well equipped with everything you need to prep meals for your crew, including a central island. There is seating for 6 immediately available, but if your group is larger the dining table has an expansion leaf with 4 additional folding chairs.
Down the hallway from the kitchen are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along the hallway walk with tub/shower combo. The sleeping arrangements are:

Guest bedroom 3: Queen bed, Twin Bunkbed, 32in smart TV

The yard is fenced for privacy, but outside of the fenced area is an additional sandy lot available for outdoor activities. If you have an active crew, the addition of a portable and multi-height volleyball/badminton/pickle ball net as well as a mini ping pong table will surely add some competitive fun. The 6ft deep saltwater pool with ample lounge space can be heated for an extra fee and basketball hoop will be a delight for children of all ages.
