LOCATION:

Nestled on the far eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, Rosemary Beach is equal parts charming and architecturally captivating. This pristine beach town offers access to four uniquely styled swimming pools (one of which is heated), nine different private beach access points, eight premier Har-Tru tennis courts, a kid's play area, and a short walk to the town square where you'll find unrivaled boutique shopping and dining options.

Poppy's Carriage House is perfectly situated just steps from the fitness center and Sky Pool - Rosemary Beach's only indoor/outdoor lap/family pool. The home is a short 2-minute bike ride or 5-minute walk to the beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

The carriage home's separate entrance can be accessed by private staircase and offers 500 sq. ft of cozy, self-contained living quarters for up to four guests. The carriage home opens into the main living area with couch seating and a smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is the carriage home's dining space and fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with all of the appliances and dinnerware you'll need for any home meals. The main bedroom space offers a queen bed with a separate closet and laundry area that passes through to the full bathroom. The carriage home's secret loft space can be accessed by ladder, and comes with two additional twin beds.

AMENITIES:

The home provides access to two brand-new beach cruisers, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private parking space within the garage as well as close by roadside parking.

NOTE:

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct or consequential damages.

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

Guests shall be issued (2) two temporary parking permits/hangtags, which must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in on-street spaces. Permits/hang tags are not required for if your vehicle is parked in the home's garage.

Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.

Your stay will include RFID amenity passes, which provide access to Rosemary Beach's various community amenities. These passes must remain with the home. Any lost passes will result in a $50 replacement fee per lost pass.

Should you wish to arrange for beach chair service through Rosemary Beach, we will provide a link and code to do so after booking - please be advised that these services come at a charge and book far in advance. Please book early to try and secure a spot.

Trash must be bagged and placed inside roller trash cans with the lid fully closed.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on staircase railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
