The home was extremely clean and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The pictures give you a good idea but it is nicer than the pictures indicate. Everything has been thoroughly thought about down to the entertainment. Everything you need for a fun beach day is included, towels, chairs, sand toys, metal detector, scooters, and best of all a 6 seater golf cart. The home is not beachfront but so close you can smell it. You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes or ride the cart within 2 minutes. The golf cart has great battery life. We drove it to the doughnut stand several times. The pool is amazing and the tanning deck with fountains was my favorite. We enjoyed the pool on cloudy beach days. Beach entrance 84 is perfect for relaxation, it is not crowded with a lot of teenagers. If you are looking for low key, away from the craziness this is your place. Publix is less than 3 miles away and it is one of the less busier ones. I am already checking the calendar for our next return visit. Trust me you don't want to miss this gem.

This property worked out great for us! It was exactly as advertised, very clean, and the host was great to work with. We appreciated the location, away from the high rise areas and heavy traffic, yet very close to the beach access point. The pool got plenty of use, heater and lights worked well. The golf cart was a fun bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was exactly as posted on VRBO. Erica & John were very helpful with getting the pool heated. It was really close to the beach. We walked down there every morning. The beach is beautiful & not crowded at all. We also loved having the golf cart do drive around in. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Erica, our stay was wonderful. The house was beautiful, clean with amenities that covered all our needs and then some. The pool was perfect when red flags came up at the beach that didn’t allow swimming. Did I mention the pool was heated and very relaxing. The golf cart was an added blessing that allowed us the opportunity for sightseeing along the beach front stores, restaurants and nice walk around Pier Park.We will come back this next year. The home was perfect! This was the first trip to the beach for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson and it was absolutely perfect. The home was as described and accommodated my husband, myself, our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The home was plenty roomy enough. It was so much nicer than being in a condo which is what we typically rent when it is just me & my husband. The golf cart, the pool, the beach chairs and all of the beach toys were such an added bonus. The area of the beach was nice too.All around it was a great trip. We hope to make this a yearly family vacation and will most definitely book this home again!
