We own 3 units (this one #1007-985183; condo #620-vrbo# 4995787 and condo #1315-vrbo#656604) at Regency Towers. All 3 condos are totally remodeled, beautiful beachfront condos, complete with everything you need for a GREAT VACATION! All 3 condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 6 comfortably. With all 3 condos, we can accommodate large families or groups. Because we manage our property and rent direct, we have no recent VRBO reviews. We can gladly provide you reviews and references from previous guest.
This beautiful, 1150 Sq Ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 10th floor. It has a breathtaking view of the white sandy beach and crystal-clear ocean. This unit comes fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every convenience and all new appliances. It has a toaster, blender, Keurig/Traditional combo coffee maker, etc. The family room has 2 sofas, electric recliner and large flat screen cable HD/Smart TV with DVD player. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, Smart HD/Cable TV, large closet, dresser and nightstand. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, cable Smart TV, large closet, 2 nightstands, dresser, ocean view window and access to balcony. There is a twin air mattress in the bedroom closet. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, hair dryer, central air and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. FREE, FAST, SECURE WIFI! We offer a 10% Repeat Renters, Military and 1st Responder Discount ($100 max) off any week (or longer) rental. Also, we offer a discount if you rent multiple condos or stays longer than a week. This rental comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (March-October Rentals- Includes: 2 CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA- a $65 a day value). Also, the BEST Tiki Bar on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one-time $45 registration fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. All other fees are included in the quoted price & the damage deposit is refunded within 1 day of departure if no damage is found. GREAT STAY AT 1007

Blaine and Natalie have a wonderful condo, they recently updated with new flooring through out, all new kitchen appliances, bedding and plush towels. Every evening during or stay we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and direct ocean views. This is an idea condo for Beach Lovers. Hope to be back soon. Thanks Blaine and Natalie for another great stay.

Great week at Oceanside condo

We had a great week walking the beach, swimming, biking and enjoying local restaurants. Our unit was comfortable for the four of us and included all the kitchen utensils, cookware and dining items we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was easy to park, check in and out and it has secure entryway and parking. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. You can enjoy sunset right off your balcony or at the beach

The property was beautifully manicured and our condo was beautifully appointed. Comfy and peaceful. The hot tub was HOT but soothing once you got used to it. The two pools were very nice and Bikini Bibs between the two pools provided us lunch every day and the food was delicious. Our time here was very enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We've stayed at both of the Pitchford's condos and both are Fabulous. Very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The property is well managed, great amenities and awesome Tiki Hut. The owners are easy to work, quick responses and communicated everything we needed. We will be back!

What a gorgeous view!

We had a relaxing getaway for our 25th anniversary! We spent our mornings walking on the beach, our afternoons in the ocean, and our evenings eating dinner on the balcony. We plan on making this a yearly getaway spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blaine and Natalie's condo. The condo was very clean and refreshing. It had anything we could have needed and more! The view was amazing. We loved to the two swimming pools and the Bikini Bob's Tiki Bar on the property. Blaine and Natalie were amazing hosts that answered any question we may have had very promptly! They provided great info on the property and even a menu for the Tiki Bar. It was like a home away from home. We will be returning guests!

Waking up to the sound of the ocean was a definite highlight. Blaine was wonderful, and provided all the information we needed prior to arriving. The condo and Resort provided everything we needed and more for our week long vacation.

Owners were great and easy to work with! Condo was clean and very spacious for my family of 6. (2 adults 4 children) Recency Towers located away from all the fuss and crowds. Very quiet! Our favorite was the tiki bar! Must try for new comers Pier 77 and Outlaws BBQ! Would/will stay here again!

Nice beachfront condo. Clean. Owners are great to work with. The tiki restaurant on site is convenient, offers good food, adult variety drinks, and reasonable pricing. Made lunch easy when wanting to stay on beach or by pool. Great overall value for what you get. Only negative- Regency is big condo and only 3 elevators. Be prepared to wait. There were times we waited 5-10 minutes.

Clean, roomy, beautiful views!

We had a great time at Regency. Quite end of the beach. Close to Captain Andersons and fishing pier. Lots of things to do, close by. If you want a nice place to stay with reasonable rates, this is your place! Owners are very nice to work with and had great a suggestion to try out the bikini bob’s tiki hut (food and drinks) on the property. It was wonderful and had a great menu with lots of daily specials. 2 pools with padded lounge chairs and umbrellas. Nice addition to the pool area! Go and enjoy your stay! Book this now. You won’t regret it. 😉

We had a GREAT 2 weeks!

Mix a great condo (1007) and perfect weather and you get the Pichford's Beachfront condo. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Regency Tower Condo 1007 for 2 weeks and to quote my husband "this is the best vacation I have had in a long time". Nothing is better than sitting on the balcony over looking the beach and clear blue ocean and watching beautiful sunsets every night of our stay. This was our second time staying here and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach chairs that are included and enjoyed oysters several times at one of our favorite places, Dat Cajun Place. Already thinking of our next stay.

Perfection

Our first "snowbird" experience landed us in Blaine and Natalie's beautiful condo in Panama City Beach. From the moment we walked into the condo and saw the lovely view out onto the Gulf, we knew we had found the perfect place to escape the Michigan winter. From our initial contact with Blaine until our drive home, the Pitchford's were nothing but professional, helpful and informative with plenty of suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. The condo is nicely appointed with plenty of linens, towels, pillows, dishes, glasses and pans. Regency Towers is an older building, but the pools, beach area, and Tiki bar have all been kept up well. We loved the location at the "quiet" end of the strip, but within walking distance of two very popular restaurants, Schooners and Patches and many others, in addition to St. Andrews State Park (about 1.5 miles). Location ideal for grocery store runs at Magnolia Plaza instead of busier locals to the west. We strolled the beach and watched sunsets from our private balcony almost daily and fell to sleep and woke up to the sound of the surf. In addition to loving the condo, we also left a little piece of our hearts in Panama City Beach. Can't wait to return!
