Take a short walk to the beach from this spacious "like new" home. The open living, dining and kitchen areas provide for lots of family time. The split bedroom floorplan offers places for every guest to relax and unwind. The master bedroom is large with a dresser, desk, King bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath. The second bedroom boasts a full bed and twin bed with ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. Comfortable furniture throughout the home means a relaxing time.

Meals can easily be prepared in the huge kitchen with all the necessities and it is open to the family area so no one feels "left out".

Beach necessities are provided such as chairs, wagon, tent, cooler, and more.

Hot tub is available for guest use. Changing water in hot tub is available at an additional fee.

Located in a golf-cart friendly neighborhood on the magnificent west end of PCB, Coastal Cottage is just a few minutes from HWY 30A to the West and Pier Park to the East.

Coastal Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to the white sand beaches of Panama City Beach and more. Parking is available for four vehicles. Monthly winter rates available upon request.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY

This house sleeps up to 7 people.

NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at this property. No exceptions.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service may be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required.

No parties or unregistered guests.

Lack of adherence to any of the above will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind.
