Located across the street from Beach Access 39. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is just a short walk to the beautiful ocean shore! Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers an array of amenities including 11 swimming pools (5 of which are heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffle board, playground, 18-hole putt-putt course, fitness center, and much more! This unit has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a full pull-out sleeper sofa. Rear gate of resort leads to beach walkway entrance, directly across the street.

The unit comes with an outdoor screened patio along with an outdoor patio perfect for morning coffee or a family meal after a day at the beach! Grill on patio and two (2)designated parking spaces in front of the townhome.

Great Dog Friendly stay.

The Condo was in a great spot, & was well equipped. Consider renting a gulf cart for trips to the beach.unless you can pack really light, it's a good haul carrying a cooler, & all the stuff for a family of 4. The good work around for us was that I just drove the kids & Stuff to the beach access. Dropped them off...went back to park in our spot at the Condo & then did the quick 7min walk empty handed on my own...) That worked out fine... Other than figuring that one little issue out, the stay was really wonderful!
