STERLING REEF WILL BE CONDUCTING BALCONY CONSTRUCTION UNTIL MARCH 2026. THIS MAY LIMIT ACCESS TO THE BALCONY AND CREATE NOISE AROUND THE PROPERTY WHILE WORK IS BEING DONE.

NEWLY RENOVATED! TOP OF THE LINE! This gorgeous condo (Sterling Reef unit 503) features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king bed with access to a private bathroom, while the second bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to the second bathroom. The common area features a sleeper sofa for 2 as well, sleeping 6 total in the unit. This unit features ALL NEW furniture, paint, quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. A 70-inch tv in the living area & 55-inch tv's in each bedroom!

BBQ grills located on the 3rd floor parking deck landing.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Condo complex is no smoking on the balcony, there's a dedicated smoking area near the BBQ grill complex space.

The owner provides renters with FREE use of a 2 person beach cabana chair with a rental. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay)

Sterling Reef is located just minutes from the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a short drive to Pier Park and some of PCB's best restaurants like Firefly, Saltwater Grill, American Charlie, Pineapple Willy's, and numerous others. The county pier is just a 2 minute walk.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Perfect Property

My family (2 adults and 2 young children) stayed in at this property for spring break. It is a wonderful condo filled with updated appliances, beautiful decor, and a perfect view of the beach/ocean. The beach access and pool were amazing and the location is in between everything you’d need. We will definitely be back!

Clean, convenient and great view of the beach!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, the pier and grocery stores. We enjoyed our time and appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. The property manager was accommodating and quickly responded to messages. Plenty of space for our family of four. Beds and couch were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything for the most part was good except a few roaches were around, there was no cookie sheet or pizza cutter. Seems to me those two items should be standard. The ceiling fans were good except when you used the remote on one fan, it would jack with the other two fans in the condo. It was nice that one set of beach lounges were provided by the condo owner.

Beautiful location!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! It was a very comfy cozy condo. Beautiful view right on the beach. We had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there.The only downfall would be the elevators but that’s not the owners fault. There are only two for the entire building and you could be waiting a long time. There are stairs though if you don’t have your hands full and don’t want to wait.

The property was well kept and updated. It was convenient to dining, grocery store, and shopping. We had gone down for a few days of fishing and it was nice to relax on the large balcony after the morning trips. The building is right on the beach which made it quick to get to the sand and ocean. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Clean and Convenient Condo in PCB

We enjoyed our stay here at Sterling Reef in PCB. The condo was clean and convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities (water park, putt putt, etc.). The pool and beach were well kept and were not overly crowded. The furnishings in our condo we beautiful and comfortable, including the beds, and the kitchen was well stocked with basics for preparing meals. The view from the master bedroom and the balcony was perfect. Would recommend this condo for small families, as it was perfect for our little family of 3. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice time could’ve been better

Overall the condo was really nice and cozy. It comes with everything you need in the kitchen and the views are amazing. It could have been cleaned better, we found a few popcorn kernels under the living room table and some in the microwave. The floors didn’t seem to have been mopped before we arrived. Bathroom towels are provided but we could have used a few more to avoid doing laundry so much. If you’re bringing a young child make sure to bring outlet covers and something to cover the corners of the coffee table as it is sharp on the edges and low enough that they can hurt themselves. You are provided with arm bands that you have to wear on property and at the pool. Beware that once you tighten these you cannot untighten them because of the teeth that are inside the tightener. We didn’t know this and had to cut ours off after the first day which only left us with two for the rest of the trip with 4 adults. We managed as two people just carried theirs in their pocket but just be aware of that. The biggest problem we had wasn’t related with the actual rental but with the building itself. There’s only two elevators for the whole building so in the morning and afternoon it was nearly impossible to get onto one as they were all full. This place needs another set of elevators on the other side of the building. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The condo was clean and the check in process was simple! There was a miscommunication with checkout time but the property manager helped make it right and we appreciated it so much! He was easy to contact in case we needed him but it was a great stay. And some of my group wanted to fish so the pier being right there next to us was a HUGE plus!

Great location, low stress stay

Property location was center for all our activities. Pier Park, Arnold High School, Sports Complex, beach access, grocery store and restaurants. Condo was clean and updated. Check-in was very simple. Contact with the owner was easy. Any communications were answered swiftly. My only complaint would be with the building management themselves and not the owner of this condo. There was only one working elevator in the building and your wait time for it could be an extremely long time...this condo was on the 5th floor, so most of the time we took the stairs but some could not do that and had to wait it out. The building management is having the 2nd elevator worked on/replaced but that project still looks to be several months out for completion. Other than the elevator we didn't have any complaints, room was great, owner was great and efficient, beach area wasn't as crowded as the condos a little farther down on each side (which I appreciated) and the pool was clean. Would definitely encourage others to stay in this condo without reservations.

The cutest getaway!

My friends and I had so much fun here over spring break! The check in process was really drawn out (due to the spring break rules and us being college kids). We all had to meet the property manager and sign documents, which I thought was unusual. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The view was everything!

Beautiful Property But Horrible Experience

Even though we had a wonderful vacation in Panama City, it was all quickly ruined by our experience after we left. Shortly after our departure, we got several “damage to property” charges on our account from this property owner/manager. He claimed that we stained the towels and broke several items. $200 worth of fines that were completely false. I have stayed with VRBO properties multiple times and never had this issue. I would be cautious to stay here with your family. You could get taken by what this manager may come up with after you leave. One major issue we also had was the entry door to the property. There was a code get in the door, but it wasn’t needed because the door just pushed open. This is extremely unsafe. Luckily we were able to use the swing bar door guard to ensure our safety while we were there. Unfortunately, now we will be labeled as people who trash properties when all that we wanted was a nice family vacation with my two children and husband.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Loved everything about this condo. It was so nicely decorated. Very spacious for our family of 6. The balcony was my favorite part. Loved having lounge chairs up there when I had to go back to the room with the baby for a nap. I was still able to lay out and enjoy the beach from the room. Location was perfect. Pool and beach were easily assessable. Property was clean and well maintained . Great communication with the property manager. He let us know as soon as the room was ready for check in. Checking in and out was so easy. We will definitely be back.
