Staff was very friendly! Property was very nice. Rooms were spacious. The room had a beautiful blue turquoise accent wall. The bathroom was huge!! The shower fantastic. It was quiet and plenty of parking. Buffet type breakfast. The pool was outside and it was clear and very nice. There is a water machine in the lobby so you can fill your tumbler. They have a Keurig machine which makes different types of coffee. It was a bit pricey, but you pay for what you get. We would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My bed had stains on the sheets and duvet. She brought me clean sheets but I had to change the sheets myself. She was the only one working and was so overwhelmed. People were tracking from the pool so she was mopping the floors and handing out towels and then sheets and also checking people in. She did all of this with a smile and was quick to respond and help.

The room appeared to be clean. There was a big roach in our room that we could not kill so that was aggravating Having to make sure everything was up off the floor. Everything else was just ok at the hotel. The breakfast was good. There was one elevator so that could take some time. It served its purpose for one night but it was kind of expensive. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Our room key deactivated the morning we checked out and I had to go get another key. That was invonvienant. Overall the stay was ok.

Dear Best Western Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a disturbing and disappointing experience my family and I had during our recent stay at the Best Western Plus in Panama City, Florida. While I’d like to first commend Ms. Kelly from the breakfast area—who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional—this was the only highlight of our stay. She greeted us warmly as we stepped off the elevator, and breakfast was excellent. My entire family enjoyed it, and her attitude was a much-needed contrast to what we experienced elsewhere. Unfortunately, nearly every other part of our visit was unacceptable. The front desk associate, Haley, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She never asked for ID or payment, and when a glitch on Expedia caused two reservations to appear, she canceled one without my permission—even after I told her not to, knowing it was non-refundable. When I questioned her actions, she gave me the silent treatment, rolled her eyes, and told me to “just call Expedia” with no regard for the inconvenience she caused. When I asked what I was signing, she slaps a paper and room key on the counter and walked away without explanation. My children watched this unfold in disbelief. Later, my daughter said, “Mommy, we saw her roll her eyes at you. She’s lucky you didn’t go off.” The room conditions were even worse: • Stains on the duvet and sheets. • mildew and hair in shower • Dirty towels • One room had a non-working TV

It was a great stay overall after coming from the Ramada by Wyndham I was treated like trash. The hotel was filthy, but this hotel is spectacular. Started with A1 customer service throughout from the night to the morning my children (16 year-old boys) saying they love the staff because they were so nice, helpful, friendly And receptive to them. It was definitely a frown turned upside down. Thank you Best western now my go to…. They just have to fix the black mildew in the bottom of the shower forgot about that other than that everything was great.
