When we first arrive we accused of smoking. Then we were harassed daily. Listening outside of room and going through the trash. I have stayed at many Roy but this one the rudest, mildew smell place. I’m n my birthday they didn’t even put something in the door as previously requested. I canceled my rewards membership and will never stay at a RIU AGAIN! Thanks Riu plaza for messing up my bday!
