What a beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived the customer service was amazing! All the staff was so kind and helpful filled with smiles. The room was beautiful the hotel itself is gorgeous. I can’t wait to come back in a month I’m def staying here again! So safe in the perfect area to get around so many food options and the views from the rooms and the rooftop pool are to die for!!

I’d recommend anyone to stay at the w hotel it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel also has a really cool lounge area where you can grab coffee during the day and enjoy creative drinks in the evening, which made the stay even more fun. In addition the hotel was either 10 to 15 minutes from all the excursions that we did.

Construction caused loud vibrations annd banging all through out the day and night. Extremely difficult to relax, I requested a different room- staff was unable to accommodate. The room was not thoroughly cleaned; the bathroom and shower doors were not closing appropriately and the hotel felt very noisy. In addition, the pool area was not maintained, meaning there are repairs that need to take place which were not attended to. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this hotel for families or for vacations.
