Weekend Getaway

The young lady at check in was very courteous! The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary cookies!! The lemon water was nice also, but those cookies were delicious!

The front desk needed more training. I had just driven 10 hrs and they were very slow handling my check in. They seemed confused on my reservation. When they assigned me a room they told me 224, to be honest I was barely paying attention by then. When I got near my room I pulled the card out. It said 225. I thought I misheard so I was trying to open 225. After 6-8 attempts and several curse words I gave up. I went back to the front and they told me the correct room. Very dangerous situation!! I always carry a weapon with me traveling and if someone was jiggling my door handle while I was in the room that could have been a dangerous situation……

Mediocre. A bit dirty. Bathtub had little hairs in it. Carpet was damp as well as the towels. When I walked in the heat was basically on and it was humid in the room. Good note the bed was comfortable. Hotel is outdated but was convenient for what I needed.
