I normally don’t write reviews, but felt it necessary to share our experience. When we arrived, the room smelled bad and the bathroom was the worse. It smelled like a combination of urine and mold. The manager at the time was very nice about it and assured us the bathroom would be deep cleaned the next morning. There were no more rooms left so we couldn’t change rooms. We left early and came back at 3 PM and nothing had been cleaned in the room. We asked again for them to deep clean the bathroom. At some point they cleaned the bathroom but neglected the rest of the room. The smell persisted. We found odor absorbing packets hidden around the room. Clearly the hotel was aware of their problem and neglected to address the root cause.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel for 1 week. The staff is super friendly and always there ifnyou need anything. I will be back for sure for my next trip to PCB.

It was an okay hotel. And that’s really all it was- okay. We got to the room and it seemed decently clean. However there were stains on the sheets. We politely requested to have them changed while we went to the store. Came back and the same sheets were there. The Wifi was also terrible. I couldn’t even send my husband photos from our trip in the room until we left. On our last night staying, the water in the shower was cold and the water pressure was extremely low. I’m not one to dot on those things so we just kind of let it go. All in all the staff was friendly and the hotel was moderately clean. Just a few things that could’ve been better. It’s a decent hotel if you don’t mind driving 30-40 minutes and are just looking for a place to sleep.
