Surprisingly the hotel is in a vey lively area of the city but not over overwhelmingly crowded. The hotel is very private and quiet. It is well organized. Staff are very helpful.

Wonderful staff! They quickly responded to my email inquiry about their location and how to get there from Disneyland. We arrived early and they graciously allowed us to leave our bags and even took them to the room for us. What a treat especially after a long day of sightseeing. The view from the room was amazing!
