The room AC does not work. Receptionist could not assist on getting manager on the phone. Only gave us a fan that barely worked. Told receptionist we need an additional fan because it was 97 f degrees and we were not given an additional fan. We were not even offer complimentary water! Rooms are very small. No fridge! Or safe. Feel more like a bed and breakfast. Not hotel. No help from the one staff they have on site. Elevator is so small barely two ppl got in it. It’s in a good location. Parking lot across the streets but the hotel it self not work it
No ac when we stayed and it was a heatwave. No easy access to water. Nice room. Great neighborhood.

No Air conditioning. Advertised with AC, but showed up and AC was not working. 2 days without AC. Shower leaked a lot of water on the bathroom floor because not properly sealed. Trash from the previous customer in the trash can.

The location is great.
It was a heat wave in Europe, 90-100 degrees. The hotel did not have air condition:(.
The rooms are very small, but most places in Europe are smaller than in the US.
They transferred us after one night to a different location. They had air conditioning but was farther from the center.

Air conditioning system hasn’t worked since May. Wasn’t aware of this until we checked in. We had to stay one night and the hotel agreed to refund two night of three and gave us a 30% discount on the night we were forever to stay. Had to find alternate accommodations in Paris at a much higher cost.
I’ve traveled for years to Europe for work and fun. I’ve stayed in 5 star and nice boutique hotels. I was traveling with my daughter and her husband so I looked for nice but less expensive hotels to book 2 rooms. This hotel was terrible. I extra looked for AC and an elevator. The AC was broken, the room was small but worse than a hostel! A small rack to hang a few things, no shelves, no place to open our suitcases, no night stands, no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. The staff was nice but I’ll never stay here again or recommend it!
Air conditioning broken. Bathroom smelled like sewage.

The staff were really nice and the hotel was in a great area, but the broken air conditioner made the stay almost unbearable. We were miserable, taking 3 to 4 cold showers a night trying to cool off and sleeping with damp towels over us. Would recommend in the cooler months or if the air conditioning (it was broken throughout the hotel) was fixed.
Location excellent, staff all very helpful, bed comfy and there is a lift (albeit small).
The downside was none of their aircons work. Seems to have been this way for some time. Not good during heatwave.
Hotel room is very small, the air conditioning is not working and it was very hot when I went to Paris. They provided me with a fan but not enough to keep you cool even at night time. The elevator is tight and small so if you are claustrophobic this is not a place for you to stay. No phone, fridge or flat iron in the room and no safe to keep your valuables. If you get back to the hotel late, you need to buzz in to get inside. The saving grace of this hotel is it’s close to most tourist spots and dining areas
I am sorry to have to write this review. Have traveled for over 40 years and stayed in everything from 5 star to small boutique hotels and airb&b places around the world. We were 3 weeks in Europe. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my husband and my daughter and her husband. 3 countries and all lovely hotels except this one. Small is an understatement. AC broken and 92 degrees. No nightstands, no cabinets for clothes.(a small rack with hangers) Extremely uncomfortable! Staff was very nice and gave me 20% back for the sauna accommodations. I paid over $500 for the 2 rooms per night. There was no place to open our suitcases. No place in the bathroom for our toiletries. Obviously we will never go back! Location was the only good thing!
