The staff was incredible when we needed a different room due to a noise issue-they did everything they could to make us comfortable and the rooms were immaculate. Noisy sounds.

A couple of years ago, I stayed at one of suites however at this time, I stayed at deluxe room two nights. My room got lots of noises from neighbor rooms and service path. There are not enough sound block between rooms as I think and it caused sounds of voices and TV tones into my room. And also, my room was located in front of service door and there had been sounds of opening and closing doors every minutes day and night. My room number was #343. Please avoid this room.
