Room and bathroom were clean and crisp sheets which was excellent. The cabinet door to the refrigerator in room 304 came off and my husband put it back on before we left. Also the rug in the room needs a good cleaning. Unfortunately. I am a stickler for clean rugs and it creeps me out when I know I could transfer lint or dirt into the sheets. Concieges were very informative and professional.

The hotel Serotel Lutece was excellent, the manager and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent and they have a lovely courtyard garden to the rear of the hotel in which to relax after a hard days shopping. It’s in a good spot on the left bank close to the Pantheon and Luxembourg gardens and good access to the Metro and local bus.

Hotels in a good location to the train and other restaurants. Old building so you can hear people walking up and its quite small. But overall it is a amazing hotel, it has old school Parisian vibes.

We had a great stay! The hotel manager was so helpful and kind and the room was nice! There were a couple things that could use an upgrade, like a missing glass shower door and a couple of stains on the carpet. But other than that, everything was wonderful.
