Air conditioner was broke in our room. Concierge told us they would find someone to fix it but the problem persisted. It was 25 degrees + in our room each day and when I went to ask again on their response was to “open a window”, when we are on a loud busy street. They could not move us to another room or even provide a fan. This property is advertised as “includes air conditioning”. Disappointed and wouldn’t return, although the neighbourhood was cool.

The staff is amazing I love the area, too me it feels like the Paris thst i have read about in a novel. . Love all.of rhe cafes ..The rooms are small it was three of us sharing the room. But i would stay hete again. Transportation is great walking distance to Metro. It took us a few dsys to get use to it but it great to used during the day.. Subway are very clean. .

**Pros:** The hotel is in a great location, with shopping areas within walking distance and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. **Cons:** The pictures of the lobby and rooms do not accurately represent their current state and could use an update. The shower was quite small, measuring only 4x4 feet, which meant you had to be prepared to get wet. Additionally, there was no place to put soap or other toiletries. The bathroom was adequate, but it only had a knob for towels and no toilet paper holder. The lighting around the mirror was insufficient, as the bulbs needed replacing, making it difficult to see clearly while shaving. I prefer to sleep in during vacations, but the cleaning staff starts early, and the room lacked a "Do Not Disturb" sign. In lieu of that, I stuck a large Post-it note on the door in French, which worked. Next time, I would be willing to pay a bit more for better accommodations.

Pigalle is a great neighborhood and the hotel is nice. The photos are a little misleading, but the room was great, nonetheless. The only “fault” I had was that the shower stall was extremely small but the water pressure was amazing and I was thankful for the hot water, as well. Amazing view from my room and comfortable bed. The linens were clean and the staff were efficient and kind.

The hotel is in need of renovation, the area is save, has several subway stations nearby. Room was real small unlike what you see online. The bathroom is very small and the shower stall is ridiculously small, 2 1/2 feet x 2 1/2 feet which I barely fitted in. Once inside I had to use my foot or my butt to keep the glass door closed to keep water from getting outside.

Disappointing Stay – Not As Advertised We booked a Comfort Room based on the photos online, but what we got looked nothing like what was advertised. The room was very outdated, and the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the room was uncomfortably hot the entire time. Overall, the stay was not what we expected, and we wouldn’t book here again.
