Front desk staff very inviting and welcoming. Fabulous location in the 6th. A cozy environment. Rooms a little old and tired....quirky wallpaper, but wallpaper at times pulling loose from the walls. A little mold in shower. Very comfortable beds.

My room air conditioner was a bit noisy and the repair person wasn't available so I got upgraded to a lovely room next door. Now that's customer service. As I spend time here I have come to appreciate the detail & deliberate appointments of art and furniture. Unique -a self-serve - sign in a little notebook - bar in the lobby. Loved the petite expresso machine in the room . And a welcoming bottle of wine. Great location. The bells of St. Sulpice did not disappoint!

It was located in a very private and quiet area. The rooms were very well maintained and cleaned every day including the bathrooms. Also very close to a local public swimming pool. Maybe only downside were the rooms were a little stuffy and not as brightly lit as I would prefer.
