The Merveil Haussmann location was great for me and my family. We had a great trip to Paris this past week. There were five of us that stayed at the apartment. Great communication from the staff. There is currently construction that starts at around 8:00 am. This had me a little worried initially, but its not a big deal. Bring a sound machine or be ready to wake up. We did the former. There are lots of great places to eat, easy access to the Mironmesnil and FDR metro lines. Small walk. Keep in mind you are probably 15-30 minutes away from some of the bigger attractions in Paris. This was not a big deal for us. Clean, efficient, yet grand in its own charming way. Everything the property promised we took advantage of. There is a great little corner market, and several bakeries and bistros in walking distance. If you arrive on the weekend or after hours, be prepared to plan for an extra stop for your access badge/fob. Not a big deal, but you may want to make the proper arrangements with your transportation. It cost an extra 15 euro for us to do this instead of lugging our luggage 7 minutes by foot. Worth it in my opinion. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, interior has its own character, shower has good hot water flow even in January, towel rack is heated and very handy, WIFI is also fine. One room is facing the street so you can hear noises early in the morning, another room is on the court side so it's OK. Also you may want to draw the curtains even when it's daytime. There is no storage facility if you need to leave your bags somewhere after check-out, but it's easy to find a storage place nearby, I found one literally just couple of doors.away. A bread knife would also be great for someone like me who went out to get a fresh baguette every day. That said, this is still a great place to stay, communications with the property is good and they always attended to my queries promptly.

Pretty interior design, close by to all public transportation, and fairly clean. The courtyard is very Parisienne and the apartment is very easily accessible.
