Spacious House With Garden - Quiet Location Near Paris South Arena

Green haven within walking distance from one of the Olympic sites (Paris South Arena). Main Paris attractions and other major Olympic sites are less than 30 min away by Metro (Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Invalides …).
Spacious architect-designed house (2200 sq ft) with a garden and a rooftop terrace that will allow you to relax and take the sun, or enjoy a barbecue outside.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is very close to a metro line (4 minutes’ walk).

At the ground level of the house there is :
- a large living room with high ceilings and a fireplace
- a dining area with a large bay window looking onto the garden
- an open kitchen which has also a dining space facing the terrace
- an outside terrace and a garden
At the top floor you can access a pleasant rooftop terrace with plants, ideal for sunbathing or enjoy a drink at sunset.

The house has 4 bedrooms each with it’s own private bathroom :
- Room 1 has a double bed (180cm – king size) and is next to a large room with a desk where you can work. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
- Room 2 has a single bed (90cm) and a bathroom with shower. An extra mattress can be added for an additional child if needed.
- Room 3 has a pullout bed that can be converted into a double bed (180 cm – king size). The bathroom has a bath tub.
- Room 4 has a pullout bed that can be converted into a double bed (180 cm – king size). The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Located in the basement, it looks onto a small courtyard with plants.

The house is fully equipped and sheets and towels are provided for all the guests.
High speed internet is available (optic fibre – 300Mbit/s. WiFi works in all rooms) as well as cable TV with a large TV screen.

The house is located in Vanves, 4 minute walk from the metro station Malakoff-Plateau de Vanves (line 13). This metro line will take you in 7 min to Montparnasse, 12 min to Invalides, an 13 min to Champs-Elysées - Clemenceau. Most of the main Paris attraction will be less than 30 minutes away by public transport (Metro and/or Bus).

If you come for the Olympics, the Paris South Arena will be 10-15 min walk, and most of the main sites will be between 20 and 40 min away by Public Transport (Invalides – 20 min / Pont Alexandre III – 22 min / Champs de Mars & Eiffel tower - 25 min / Grand Palais – 25 min / Trocadero – 28 min / Roland-Garros – 35 min / Parc des Princes - 40 min).

A few minutes walk from the house, you will find several shops (bakery, butcher, fruit & vegetables …), a supermarket, and 2 markets for fresh products.
