Property Details:

This 52-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Damage Deposit : A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a payment link before arrival

Saint Germain des Pres is considered the best area to stay in Paris. This famous Left Bank neighbourhood, known as the “Rive Gauche” to Parisians, has been a long time-favourite of intellectuals and artists. At your doorstep you will find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafĂ©s, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to shop at Le Bon MarchĂ© and in the beautiful covered markets of Le MarchĂ© Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Mabillon, Line 10 , accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs ElysĂ©es and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER train station Saint Michel-Notre Dame is a short walk away and gives access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

The St Germain apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. To have a separate washer and dryer machine is a luxury in Paris and this apartment has it, plus a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The apartment faces a very lively street and it is true that at night it can be quite noisy. The bedroom however faces an inner courtyard so noise is not a problem. The location is absolutely great, a couple of blocks walk to Boulevard Saint Germain, one block to the Eglise de Saint Sulpice, you couldn't ask for a better location. There are some small details in the apartment that could be easily improved: the use of a fresh coat of paint and a little love for instance, the bathroom trash can didn't close properly and the kitchen counter was damaged. But it didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay at the apartment.

Very disappointing

The accommodation was untidy and unkempt. There was damage to several kitchen units, a broken bin left in the kitchen, a broken handle on the dishwasher. There were speakers on the floor and table that were also broken so no music system. The bedroom wardrobe door was broken, the bed had a very noisy squeak and there were two broken fans and an old TV in the wardrobe. The shelves in the wardrobe were also dusty and dirty.From early evening the noise level from the street below was very high and got worse as the night went on, on Friday and Saturday this was until after 2:00am. The noise level was such that sitting in the lounge was impossible. If anyone is thinking of renting this for four people this would make it very difficult to sleep.The street is basically a party street full of bars and restaurants which any renters should be made aware of.On subsequently reading other reviews these points, particularly on the broken items have been raised before and no action appears to have been taken.Finally recovering our deposit was extremely difficult and only paid when I complained to VRBO and they acted on my behalf.

Excellent location but property lacked character.

Close to the metro, numerous restaurants, and only a brisk 10 minute walk to either Notre Dame or to the Luxembourg Gardens.However the property lacked character. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years and many are apts/houses were the owners clearly spend some time. As such, there are usually personal touches such as art, rugs, and other decorative objects that make the space feel like a home. This space presents as simply a plain, basic short term rental unit. If you are looking for a basic accommodation then this unit would suffice.Rental agency was responsive. Check in was easy.There were a few minor items (handle on the dishwasher, cracked mirror, bed had a loud squeak) that needed to be repaired. The apartment is located on a quaint side street that has numerous restaurants and bars. The only downside is that the street can be noisy at night. Bedroom is in the back of the unit and was quiet but if someone needs to sleep in the front room/living room there would be a good amount of street noise until midnight.

Heart of St Germain

The apartment had lots of space, and even more importantly lots of windows. We found the living area very comfortable with lots of light. Bedroom and bathroom were as pictured in the listing. Best part is the location: steps to the Metro, restraurants, grocery stores, a market, and more. We would stay again.One note: the area is very lively on weekends, but the bedroom is at the back, and we were nto bothered by the noise at all!

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© ĂȘtre si proches de charmants cafĂ©s et boutiques, car l'emplacement est vraiment imbattable—à seulement quelques pas du Jardin des Tuileries et du Louvre, avec certains des sites les plus emblĂ©matiques de Paris Ă  votre porte. Le processus d'enregistrement a Ă©tĂ© fluide, grĂące aux instructions claires fournies, et le systĂšme sans contact a ajoutĂ© un niveau de commoditĂ© supplĂ©mentaire, surtout pour notre arrivĂ©e tardive. De plus, notre dĂ©pĂŽt de garantie a Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ© rapidement, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. L'appartement Ă©tait exactement comme sur les photos : charmant, propre et trĂšs confortable. perfect Parisian stay!

The place was even better than expected—exactly as shown in the photos: charming, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The modern bathroom was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The host made our arrival seamless, providing clear, step-by-step check-in instructions that made everything stress-free. They were always quick to respond and went out of their way to be accommodating. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of St. Germain, just a short walk from the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, with easy access to local cafes, shops, and transportation. To top it all off, we received our deposit back quickly, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

Summer vacation

The apartment was not as listed. The apt was smelly of mildew, the oven and washing machine didn’t work. The manager responded but did not address our issues. The apt is also not convenient for early morning check out. I will not rent again.
