Welcome to my 2 rooms apartment of 28m2 into an old typical Parisian building. Bright raised ground floor overlooking an inner quiet and pretty courtyard.
Less than 1 mn from the metro, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Buttes-Chaumont. It's quiet and located near the center and all the amenities at the same time.
For 1 traveler or a couple. One big window in each room. Old wooden floor. Comfortable Queen Size bed. Workspace with a desk. Low and bar tables. Separate WC. Separate kitchen.
PROMOTION 67 euros per night (instead of 80 euros) - April and March 2023
The upstairs neighbor does renovation work before moving in. It can be noisy between 9 am and 7.30 pm maximum, explaining the price promotion of 67 eu per night instead of 80 eu.
So it can work very well for travelers with busy days outside.
