Beautiful Haussmanian apartment of 5 rooms with moldings and parquet. Large double living room. double glazed windows. Large kitchen very well equipped. 3 large bedrooms, one on courtyard. Comfortable and cozy close to Rue Cler, a lively pedestrian street. This spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is very well located in one of the most residential areas of the Capital. Near the docks, the Invalides, the Grand Palais, the musée du quai Branly and the Champs de Mars, you can enjoy all the attractions of Parisian life. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Wonderful place to stay while in Paris! Shops and restaurants all nearby, convenient access to metro and RER. Charming apartment with anything you might need. Also a great place for any celiacs - two nearby bakeries and several great restaurants. And Valerie was always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! Miss it already….

This was a great place to stay. Lots of great places to eat nearby, easy access to public transportation, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower every night in just a few minutes walk. Good grocery right across the street and plenty of bakeries and treats nearby. Flat had all we needed and more!

We had a family of five (2 adults, 1 senior, and two teenagers) visiting Paris for the first time and this apartment was the perfect spot! It is close to shops (and gluten free coffee shops) which was important to us because one of us has Celiac. The bus is right outside which was so convenient to take everywhere! The Monopri and the Pharmacy are across the street and we were able to get everything we needed. We will booking here the next time we visit Paris. Thank you, Valerie!

Terrific access to Metro and Trains. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Comfortable beds and chairs. Fully functional dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator. Large windows throughout that can be opened easily. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Very convenient location which allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment was very roomy and was perfect for 6 people. However, the bus stop is so close and easy to navigate as well.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The apartment was in a great location and much larger than we expected. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. My 15 year old LOVED the piano in the house and would play it whenever we were home. We were able to easily walk to the Eiffel tower. We also walked to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, but was repaired by the time we left. We ran into another problem during our stay, but Marisa went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and that we had everything that we needed. Both Marisa and Valerie were very responsive. Next time we’re in Paris we will stay here again.

We had three couples in this apartment and it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. You won’t regret booking this unit I hope to visit again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The apartment had the perfect location for us near metro stations and the Eiffel Tower Plenty of restaurants close 6 people teens to seniors 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths Full kitchen washer and dryer (you have to empty the dryer water trap when full) never used one before-great for us to wash clothes for another week Very spacious

A beautiful apartment

A lovely apartment close to the Eiffel tower and a charming market street. Unfortunately during our stay there were very noisy neighbours above us who created a lot of noise throughout our 5 night stay, and renovations below us which involved hammering and drilling. However I believe this was just circumstances. The property owner was very helpful to me, I had a dental emergency and she booked me in with a specialist and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great family vacation

We had a great time - the apartment was even bigger and more beautiful than we expected. Plenty of room for six people. It is right in the middle of the 7th, around the corner from Rue Cler and many good bistros, and just a short walk to the river and Eiffel Tower (which you can see from the front windows). Really delightful stay

Our group of 6 really enjoyed the apartment and the more we got to know the neighbourhood, the more we enjoyed it. The apartment is tasteful and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is really pleasant, with minimal tourist traffic. The shops, boulangeries etc seem mainly to cater to the local residents. It’s a very welcoming place to come back to after the inevitable crowds elsewhere.

Beautiful home in a great location

This beautiful apartment makes you feel like you are staying in a good friend’s home. It has interesting and lovely decor along with a large living room and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. We loved the windows in all the rooms. The location is perfect and does not feel touristy, even though you can peek out the French doors and see the Eiffel Tower. The nearby Rue Cler Market is fun as well as nice restaurants down the street. Our family of 5 loved every minute of our stay and thank Valerie for sharing her home.

Amazing family sized apartment in Paris
