Let me begin by saying that I will never trust a Travelocity rating again. 7.4? Really Travelocity? Try 0.0. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my 50 yrs of life. I sat on the edge of the bed and the bed almost flipped over due to it missing a leg. The bathroom tub was filthy! Had to call to have it cleaned. Lady came with a little jar that I assume had cleaning liquid in it, a toilet brush and a swifter mop. She begins cleaning the tub with the swifter mop and no water. The stains in the tub wouldn't come out, so we had to bathe at relative's house. The toilet seat was being held on by one screw. The cleaning lady told me to call the next day to have someone fix it because they were all going home. There were 3 of us in the room but were only provided with enough towels for 2 people. When i asked for more, they said they had to see if anymore became available. There was a huge hair ball on the carpet which tells me the room wasn't vacuumed. There was a 13 inch tv in the room. 13 inch. None of the exterior doors locked, therefore anyone could just walk into the hotel which is a huge safety issue. On the 2nd day we became stuck on the elevator. When I reported it to front desk, they were like oh ok as if it was a regular occurrence. I can't review the breakfast because the place was so dirty, we weren't going to try the food. It's a hotel that houses vagrants from what i was told by others.

I love, love, love this property! The rooms are clean and cozy and so is the grounds. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, accompanied and professional. I’m always sad when it’s time to go.

Nice average motel. Breakfast was good and coffee was available almost all day. Motel needs little attention. It’s old and it takes time to find your room around connected buildings. Staff were ok but cleaning staff were too loud taking to each other. They also have a small gym. No issue with parking. Heater was set to max of 70 so it was cold in the room

The parking lots were so insanely dark making me feel extremely uncomfortable. The front staff even told us to park in the very dark lot but no worries we were safe. The doors to hotel did not lock which is huge safety issue. Our toilet ran water all night. The wallpaper was peeling and there was mold growing in shower.

I had actually booked the room for my boyfriend, His mother and I visited him every day. Construction was going on so I could tell things were under management and while the actual room was clean the hallways & elevator were dirty and the entire hotel reeked of smoke & marijuana I was disgusted and didn't want to stay with him & i paid for it. The hotel staff is actually very nice so 2 thumbs up for that, But unfortunately they have very scummy people congregating On the property and staying there. It seems like section 8 Recipients live there. So as an outside customer it's not a good vibe they give off. The breakfast was awesome on the weekends but spare during the week. I'm sure things will be nicer after renovations but they have to do something about the smell of marijuana it's gross.

To sum it up, this hotel is not nice. Breakfast did not include real coffee, but sludge from dispenser. Loud environment, didn’t feel safe. Beds not good, very squeaky.
