Let me begin by saying that I will never trust a Travelocity rating again. 7.4? Really Travelocity? Try 0.0. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my 50 yrs of life. I sat on the edge of the bed and the bed almost flipped over due to it missing a leg. The bathroom tub was filthy! Had to call to have it cleaned. Lady came with a little jar that I assume had cleaning liquid in it, a toilet brush and a swifter mop. She begins cleaning the tub with the swifter mop and no water. The stains in the tub wouldn't come out, so we had to bathe at relative's house. The toilet seat was being held on by one screw. The cleaning lady told me to call the next day to have someone fix it because they were all going home. There were 3 of us in the room but were only provided with enough towels for 2 people. When i asked for more, they said they had to see if anymore became available. There was a huge hair ball on the carpet which tells me the room wasn't vacuumed. There was a 13 inch tv in the room. 13 inch. None of the exterior doors locked, therefore anyone could just walk into the hotel which is a huge safety issue. On the 2nd day we became stuck on the elevator. When I reported it to front desk, they were like oh ok as if it was a regular occurrence. I can't review the breakfast because the place was so dirty, we weren't going to try the food. It's a hotel that houses vagrants from what i was told by others.
