"Staff was incredibly polite and always available to assist with anything you need. Room had everything you could need including toothbrush and razor. Everything worked as designed. Everything in mini bar was complimentary but contained no alcohol, that was a huge plus. Breakfast buffet was incredible, clean and plentiful. Very well done."

"We had an excellent stay at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel. The location simply couldn’t be better—being directly connected to MBK Mall made everything so convenient, with countless restaurants, cafés, and shopping options just steps away. It was also easy to get around Bangkok thanks to the nearby BTS station. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The pool was fantastic—large, beautiful, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent location, great facilities, spacious rooms, and outstanding convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok."

"Everything is best about the hotel EXCEPT in-room dining experience. No halal options for muslims indicated in the menu and 2 out of 5 menu items under Arabic specialities were out of stock during my 5-days trip. For in-room breakfast delivery, the staff never followed my instructions completely. Sometimes white toasts were completely burnt and sometimes they were cut in half, against my instructions. I specifically ordered only strawberry jam bottles but they would again bring one small bottle of strawberry jam and three other jam flavors which I did not like. Once they did not bring sugar sachets with tea. The in-room dining menu needs much improvement and food delivery staff need to check that all customer order has been checked as per instructions before delivering to the room."
