This home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, and a living room with cable TV and wireless internet. Enjoy many views of the ocean while sitting on the seaside deck or enclosed porch. Or shift to the creekside deck for great sunsets. With two Queens and four Twins, original hardwood flooring throughout, a master bedroom opening to the deck, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, old brick fireplace, and an elevator for guest use, this home is sure to be a guest favorite!

SUGGESTION TO OWNERS: Place multi outlet electrical power strips not extension cords in bedrooms. With todays technology everyone needs an convenient place to plug phone, computer etc in without having to search for an outlet... Small bathroom has no electrical plug at all???? Power strip on dresser could solve that too....We could not find the switch for glassed in porch fan???? Realty Company had no idea????Love the new decking on creek side of house. Elevator was wonderful and main reason we rented this house. The location and views of creek and ocean are great BUT wooden steps down to the beach are needed.... shell path is lovely but soft sand hard to maneuver for older folks and toddlers. We would definitely rent again and look forward to seeing future updates to house.

Pleasant beach house on the ocean and marsh on beautiful Pawley's Island SC!

An older home, fairly well maintained. Smallish bathrooms. Probably the air conditioning could use some work since the owner specified the thermostat could not be turned below 76. Fortunately, we needed the heat during our November visit, and it worked fine. And we loved having an elevator! And that all rooms were on one level.

Great location

I was told this place is called little house. But it's not really small. It's enough for 8 people. I think if the owner put a sofa bed in the living room it could sleep 10 people. It's right on the beach. My family enjoyed our time there. This house doesn't has a fishing pier as other neighbors do. I think that would be a plus.

Beachfront Summer Vacation

Great beachfront value, we would definitely stay here again in the future. The property was very clean with great views of the Atlantic.
