The Annes's Island Girl boasts one of the best lots on Pensacola Beach.  Located at 1301 Ariola the house faces to the South, Southwest with nothing blocking the great beach view.  There is no house in front of the view and the beach access is a county deeded access point which makes going to the beach an easy few steps away.   This location and the amenities are perfect for families with kids! Well loved, return guests each year and sell's out for PEAK Pensacola Beach season and Holidays!

The house is best known for it's great surplus of amenities: Game room downstairs with: ping pong, pool table, tiki bar, extra fridge, basketball game, large grill, over 10 bikes, pool toys, beach equipment, and everything needed for you beach vacation. 

The house has travertine tile throughout. We offer for you to enjoy a private lagoon-shaped pool, game room and tiki bar, nicely equipped game room with pool table, Ping-Pong, Foosball, etc. as well as bikes, beach chairs, and wagons.

With six bedrooms that include three kings, 4 queen bunk bed room, 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, and king platform bed with two single bunk beds in the loft area. .

Besides having a very large kitchen dining and living area combination on the main level we also have a separate smaller living area and kitchenette upstairs. All rooms have smart TVs.

The main living area has a 60-inch high definition TV. We also have wireless high-speed Internet access.

We recommend this house for busy big families/ multi family gatherings, this house is event friendly, check with management for additional information. The views are spectacular and this house is a great option for Blue Angel events on Pensacola Beach. The location is perfect, you will make fun and wonderful memories when you book Anne's Island Girl for your Pensacola Beach vacation!

Pass on this one!

Pros: Great location. Game room was great. Good response from management company. Cons: Needs repairs on main living floor. MANY broken and loose tiles. Some with holes in the middle of the tiles. Dangerous for bare feet. Upstairs shower leaking through the air vent in downstairs bedroom. Not just a drip but water pouring from the vent. Bucket and towels all over the bedroom floor. Couldn’t use the shower after that. This bathroom was really in very poor condition. We decided not using the shower was better for us than having plumbers working while we were there. Peeling and missing wallpaper, sink didn’t drain, shower door came off. My husband fixed the shower door temporarily. Problem with ants all over kitchen. Garage door going out to pool broken. Pool was so cloudy on the second day that no one wanted to get in it. Overall this house needs some major repairs. Cleaning company could do a better job. The property management company did respond quickly to our concerns. Yes we could have had a cleaning crew come but that would have been disruptive to our stay. Should have been done right to begin with. Renting a property to accommodate our family of 18 doesn’t come cheap. We expected much more for our money.

There were so many broken items in the house. The plug in the bathroom downstairs did not work. The clothes dryer was not working. There was a serious ant problem in the house. The kitchen counters were covered with ants all over the counters. The basement fridge and freezer did not work. The toilet upstairs was broken. The water ran nonstop in the toilet. The light in the first bedroom on the right on the main floor would not turn on. The light upstairs in the bunkbed/open bedroom was so dim you could not even see in the room. The outlet in the first bathroom on the main floor did not work. The outdoor light near the pool by the garage door would not turn on and we could not see to swim at night. The plug in the bathroom downstairs did not work. The pool was extremely dirty when we arrived and filled with palm tree branches and dirt.

Great house for families

We loved our stay at this property, great location right next to the beach and the pool was a great size! We had several small kids from 1-4 years old and they loved the front porch swing and all of the beach toys provided. The only complaint we had was the basement smelt like stale beer so we didn’t go down there much. Overall this house was perfect and upper levels were very well maintained and fit our multi family vacation. We would love to rent again!

Fun house

The house is as represented on the listing. We found the living room a comfortable place to hang out and loved having the long dining table. The ping pong and other games were great to have, as we were visiting in the winter. There is beach access across the street and one can see the water across the dunes. The customer service of the management company was outstanding. We did feel the beds were softer than we would like. We were disappointed that the house didn't provide beach towels or hair dryers, but it was clear on the listing that we would have to bring our own.

Great location

This was an ideal location for our family reunion. The beach was so convenient with our several families of young children. It was an easy walk for all ages. The pool was great when it was heated and temperature outside was 70. Our first few days were lower 60 and the heater didn’t seem to do as well. Too cold for younger children when temp is low outside. It was nice to have the wagon, beach chairs and toys for the beach. Home didn’t come with enough TP, paper towels, or dishwasher tabs for a home that sleeps 25- but home was clean and beds comfortable. It was nice to have the extra refrigerators in the home for the food and cold drinks.

Great location, but not well maintained

The multiple wasp nests were a hazard leading to some nasty stings on one of our family. Various small items and some facilities, needed repair or replacement. For example the boogie boards were cracked and unusable, an awning for the pool was completely broken, multiple lawn/patio chairs are broken, a couch had a hole in its backing, the foosball table has no foosball, several floor tiles are badly cracked, and the front steps/deck are overdue for sanding and repainting. There are other items which the other guests would comment about, but I'm not going to solicit those comments. The management company clearly states that they can't/won't address anything other than emergency items on a weekend, which is of course when almost everyone arrives. They were prompt and their folks were helpful during the week, BUT when its a vacation for over $1000 a day I personally think this is unacceptable. I wonder if other guests have used this property and simply accepted it "as-is", but like I said, "at over $1000 a day I personally think this is unacceptable." Also some of the items are obviously long-standing, which leads one to surmise that the owners are interesting in making money with little regard to the reputation of the property. There are nicer, better maintained properties in P'cola Beach and we'll look for those next year.

Great place with one small suggestion

Loved this house! Our family consisted of our 83 year old parents, our kids and grandkids (7months-7 yrs old), and my husband and me. The setup is perfect so that late night games can be played downstairs while people sleep upstairs without being disturbed by the noise. The location is perfect. The beach is amazing! The only suggestion I have is that a small amount of basic cooking seasonings, a large skillet, and extra blankets be available. We were surprised that there were absolutely no seasonings in the cabinets. The property management team was phenomenal…quick to respond to questions, and actually sent housekeeping by to bring extra blankets for my parents. Totally recommend this house!

Great for large gatherings but strict about numbers due to spring break timing - be sure to clear any planned gatherings/ parties with management. WiFi did not work well. Great games and space downstairs for teenagers/ and or families. Comfy beds and good a/c! Well stocked kitchen. Super easy walk across street to beach, and tons of chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc in basement.

Incredible Location

My family and extended family spent a wonderful week here reconnecting with one another and enjoying the quick and easy walk to the beach. The house is angled in the most perfect way so that the wide front porch never has the heat of the direct sun. We enjoyed many mornings there drinking coffee and listening to the waves hit the beach. Many of us had fun in the bonus game room and especially loved how we could be playing pool or ping-pong without disturbing anyone sleeping upstairs. While the house is not the most updated on the beach, that was less important to us than the time we had together and this place was perfect for that.

We stayed a week with extended family, including small kids. Overall the property is nice but not wonderful. The well-worn house makes up for the fantastic location to the beach (just a walk across the street). The property management was very quick to respond to issues. Pros: - lots of space - comfortable beds - excellent location, walk to beach - property management quick to communicate - game room is an added bonus (kind of -the pop a shot didnt work, balls were flat, no foose balls) Cons: - we killed a few cockroaches upon arrival - we had to call maintenance a couple separate times for light bulbs, toilet issues, etc. I’m not sure how often those are checked? - in the cooler months (Dec) it’s difficult for the pool to stay warm enough to swim even though we paid to heat it - the house is more worn in than pictures show, still nice but not as grand as it’s made to look

50th anniversary trip

We stayed here with a large family group to celebrate our parent’s 50th anniversary. We really enjoyed the layout with the large open layout family room, kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable except for a very squeaky bed in the small room in the loft without a window. We made great use of the pool, porch, grill, basement game room (although foosball table in poor condition) and the beach toys/chairs/wagon. Location was perfect! There were maintenance issues with the pool but management was responsive and corrected this by Monday morning. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Segunda.

Senior Spring Break

As a group of moms taking their seniors for spring break, this house had the perfect amount of room, fun, and great location. The only thing that would have made it better if there were more places indoor to hang bath towels and drawers for clothing in all bedrooms.
