NEW PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB!
Hot tub heating is $50/day. Available Year round
Winter pool and hot tub heating is $125/day. Pool heating only is $85/day. If you would like the pool heated before you arrive contact us to add this to your reservation when booking! (Pool heating is available between September 1st- April 30th only ). Must purchase for your entire stay. Pool is heated between 78-82 degrees.

Well-decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath on Maldonado Drive, just two blocks from the beach and Gulf.

Sleeps 10 with a King in Master Bedroom, Two sets of Bunkbeds (Queen over Queen and Twin over Twin) in the guest bedroom, and a Queen in the 2nd Guest Bedroom. The Luxurious Fully Stocked Kitchen features Stainless Steel Appliances, and a Large Island with Flat Top Range and Seating for Four. The Dining Area seats 6 with a Wet Bar and Beverage Cooler. Covered Deck on the Back of the Home that has Gulf breezes for those Summer Nights. A Sidewalk on the Side of the Home gets you to the Gulf of Mexico in 3- 5 minutes, and the Sidewalk makes Hauling Beach Gear Easy, especially with the Included Beach Wagon.

At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, rinse off with an outdoor shower, have a cookout on the covered back deck, then enjoy entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the home. The house is very close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Just half a block to the free trolley or a 2-minute drive to the area.

WONDERFUL

Del Sol-Outdoor Oasis was everything and more. This house was wonderful! Our family of 8 adults enjoyed the spaciousness, pool, yard games, easy access to the beach, closeness to everything. And if one didn't want to walk the beach or sidewalk for a mile or so, there's the free trolley that will take you where you want to go. We had a FABULOUS vacation!

Great place to stay with family and friends.

The house was clean and plenty of room. Some recent updates to the pool and decks made it extra nice. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Awesome accommodations and can't beat the location! Hope to come back soon!

Spring Break

Great beach house! Host was very communicative and flexible with us. Even sent the pool guys out to make sure everything was working well since it’s brand new. Pool and hot tub are beautiful, had lights and speakers outside to use. Beds very comfortable, lots of extra towels including beach towels. Everything in working order in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only comment would be if you have young children the stairway to get to backyard/pool area is a little tricky for littles due to small steps and a turn at the bottom so be careful. Bonus was extra mini fridges for beverages and ice makers and the pull out couch in living room. Would stay definitely again!
