Enjoy a large private terrace balcony that wraps around to afford beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and of Ole River. The view from this balcony is stunning! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and features a separate private bath that has a walk in shower and views of the Gulf. This room is equipped with a Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The living area has a flat screen HDTV and BLUE RAY/DVD player. The unit has new plank flooring throughout. The living area has a queen size sofa sleeper to allow a maximum sleeping capacity of eight. The fully equipped kitchen has new shaker cabinets, quartz counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. All the furnishings in this unit are new in 2018 including exterior dining table and 6 chairs and 4 chaise lounge chairs for private sunbathing. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit requires stays Saturday to Saturday during the Summer season.
