The staff was wonderful but we chose the location because of the complementary breakfast and you would not believe that somehow the right before breakfast was scheduled to open the kitchen staff said they blew a breaker and didn’t have power TO THE OUTLETS USED FOR COOKING ONLY.😩 The entire building had power but no one could figure out how to get power to the food area. It totally ruined our stay.

Front staff not friendly

Staff not very friendly on arrival. Lady was on the phone I stood there at least five minutes while she was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. Was charged for room in the morning way before I got there. Air condition made ratttling knocking noise almost all night. Other than that it w as very clean smelled great had a nice pool and good breakfast.

Amazing hotel

Everyone that work there was so kind and so helpful from checking in to house keeping. The hotel was walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The only thing was the pool was freezing cold.

I will definitely be booking in the future. The staff was nice and attentive. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and one of the best I’ve had. Any concerns I had were addressed and every staff member I encountered met me with a greeting and smile.

We were very impressed with the cleaness of the property. Everyone very kind and helpful. The staff were compromised to help us have a overall great experience at Pensacola. We had an awesome time there. We will definitely come again.
