Location of property was 5star. Furnishing of condo was poor at best, the living room and deck furniture was not good or comfortable and the bed was the absolute worst I have ever "tried" to sleep on! The bathroom fan sounded like the Blue Angels flying by. When we arrived most of the dishes were in the dishwasher so we had to run it and empty it not knowing if they were clean or not. Need to consider a place to set luggage in bedroom. We loved the beach access and location. Contacting Southern was very difficult and they were not really helpful when we were able to speak with someone.

Great Location

The unit is in a great location and was fairly well cleaned before my stay. The unit is showing age and is in need of maintenance & repairs. The outside chairs were not at all ergonomic nor functional. The inside recliner was showing its age and well worn. All in all, the value was decent. The ongoing construction noise and clutter were not appealing.

Never book through Southern Vacation Rentals again

Condo would have been sufficient if they had been honest about the timeline of the construction. They told us it would only effect our first week there but lasted all month. No access to our balcony, construction debris everywhere. Pressure washing water leaked into front door. Noise was unbearable. Only offered 30% discount.

The condo was great for the price. Great views from balcony, everything you need in kitchen, and plenty of space. First time staying in perdido key, Its a great place for family and the beaches are beautiful.

Perfect location

My mom and I stayed here for a girl's getaway. There is a shopping center across the street with restaurants and a coffee/ice cream shop, a couple of gift shops, a women's boutique, a local art gallery and more. The condo is perfect for 2, has everything you need and the Publix is just a short distance away. The condo is clean but needs a good deep clean but it is nice and perfect for a week at the beach.

Great place to unwind!

The property was in good shape, was able to get in with code provided with no issues. Very clean, they left plenty of towels and kitchen items to get me through my stay. The view was perfect and my stay was incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be back.

GREAT TIME

I will say the place was great.Everything was clean and neat and bright.Would not hesitate to come back to same condo. It overlooked pool and on second floor view was perfect.The outside grounds are very well kept also.The restraunt was right across the street and their fried grouper sandwich was excellent . this is a casual restraunt and the people were friendly.There is another casual bar/restaraunt about a block down,JELLYFISH , its great as well.
