Serene Seaside Retreat: Vacation Home with Incredible Pool, Beach Access

This secluded upper level condo is the place to be for your escape from the busy world outside of the Purple Parrot Village Resort in Perdido Key, Florida! PARROT BAY has a LCD TV in the living room, wireless internet, and this is the only one bedroom condo overlooking our gazebo courtyard on the east side of the resort. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a small veranda on the back of the condo overlooking the bay off in the distance. The living room has a twin size bed available for additional sleeping if necessary. This vacation home comfortably accommodates groups of up to 3 people including all adults and children. Come as a couple to our ”lost” island paradise and relax with your cocktail of choice on the screened in porch while the sunset helps to relax the tension… If a soothing vacation needs to be in your future, then this condo is surely the one for you! This condo is only available for monthly rentals January through March. Reservations made for less than 28 nights will be moved into another condo. If no other one bedroom condo is available the reservation will be cancelled with a full refund. Certain parts of the year require a minimum number of nights to be booked online. If you are having difficulties booking your reservation, or do not find any available properties that meet your vacation criteria, please feel free to call our office and we will do our best to accommodate your vacationing needs. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit due to our unit not being ready when we checked in. The property manager was great and very responsive. The rental was affordable and we loved the resort. Location was as described and the drive to Johnson Beach was easy. It cost 25 for a week pass. The short nature walk across the street from the beach was perfect in the evening. Two of the three beds had dirty sheets. A dining chair had been shoddily repairs and collapsed with my mom sitting in it. And the internet did not work for the entire length of our stay.

We enjoyed this resort. The location was perfect for us, close enough to everything, but not crowded. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool listening to the music.

At check in they told me our room number, I knew it wasn’t the one I picked out after months of searching for just what we wanted. The office staff said there was an email sent out 2 days prior…I didn’t receive an email. I wanted an upper level, they didn’t have any. The property wasn’t clean upon check in, but that was made right promptly. The tv in the bedroom wasn’t working, that was made right on the 2nd day. The pool was GREAT!! Bella was extremely helpful, very courteous, and took our concerns seriously and made everything right. Thank you Bella. We will be back.
