The service staff was really nice. The room was laid out like the pictures but I missed where the bigger room lost the balcony so the kids were sad. The room felt damp, the chair upholstery had mildew, the a/c was dripping on the floor. I felt like the room could have a better system for wet swimwear & towels to help them dry. Pool area had insanely slippery tile floors & the food options weren’t great for little kids or food allergies.

We had a great time at the Spring Hill Marriott. The pool is amazing and the beach was beautiful. The room accommodations could use some improvement. We used the bed in the sleeper sofa and it was very uncomfortable. There is room for a second bed in the king size rooms and this would be a much better option.

Ehh….

Great location. Kids liked the pool. However the stay wasn’t any better than that of a cheap motel. It was a clean room, and the property was clean. Staff were nice and courteous but the follow thru was not executed. The pillows are horrible, I asked for extra pillows after we came back from dinner, waited til 11pm no one showed. Wouldn’t give them at the front desk. Next day asked for pillows and clean towels they only brought the pillows clean towels never showed. The beds were uncomfortable, sleeper sofa in the suite is not a queen or full size sleeper. More like a twin. Staying at this hotel you are paying for the location and amenities on site, however the actual stay feels like more of an outside door motel with one night manager trying to run the whole place.

Comfortable stay! Front desk be friendlier

The front desk person who checked me in, barely said a word. Didnt give any information, I had to ask about our stay, amenities, and parking, and she responded with minimal answers. The room was great, clean, and a great gulf view! The beds were firm and very comfortable. My spouse usually has back pain the first night staying anywhere, they did not have any back pain from the bed. Housekeeping was so friendly and did their best to help with any issue. One night on our floor there were loud bangs. We look out and see people trying to break down a door. We call the front desk and no answer, no answer. Finally answered, got a minimalist answer saying it was the workers trying to get in the room. Seemed like a really weird situation. Did not like there being only one set of elevators. Very crowded elevators at times. The hotel is fairly new so updated. Great asthetic.

The beach was excellent. It was quiet and not a lot of people. Elevator was extremely slow. Only two for the whole property. 5 minute wait at times. Better off to take the elevator. Very expensive but nothing special about the place except the beach and beach view. Parking not included in cost. $25 a day.

Great stay

Overall this is a great place and would certainly stay again. The only issue was the room was not swept/mopped prior to our checking in. I understand the beach sand is hard to clean but there was literally a pile of sand in the room. My suggestion to help with this is to provide a broom in every room. This would be a wonderful solution for guests and it would help the cleaning staff.

We visit Pensacola/ Navarre multiple times a year. This is the first time we stay at this property. But it wont be the last. We already talked about coming back in the future. We were impressed by how clean the room and the property is. The room is big enough for our family with 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 dogs. There were 2 tv in our room. The bathroom also has a big shower. We didnt have beach view but the bayview with balcony was nice. The property offerred everything we need for our stay: a pool, a coffee shop for my husband to work, an icecream shop for the kids, a restaurant for night that we couldnt leave the hotel. I love how laid back and friendly environment there. At night, you can see everyone gather in the lobby, kids have icecream, they even offer colors for the kids, they do have movie night and other animals talk during the day. One plus thing is it is pet friendly, even the staffs were nice to my dogs. Only one complaint is the breasfast choice. We would love to have more fruits, maybe waffle maker and different protein option.

The layout is different. You enter on the ground floor and have to go to the first floor to check in/out. Nice big room and great view of the gulf and pool. Nice size balcony.

Just a beautiful place to go if your looking for tranquility. Aslo coles to Destin and Pensicola...... totally recomend this property.
