Overall the stay was really good, my son and I had a great time. The staff were super friendly (except for 1 maid), lobby and pool area super clean, room was clean and comfortable (the only thing was bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the sheets were very thin). The little extras were very appreciated - popcorn in the lobby, attentive staff in pool area, the presentation on Sea Turtles.

We loved the location and amenities, but the shower, especially for those who do not have balconies, should have a clothes line device in the shower to hang up wet clothes. I believe this is a must for any hotel near the beach. Our family of four hung our clothes up on hooks and whatnot inside and outside of shower after wringing our clothes but water still dripped on walls and baseboards. This will eventually lead to rotting wood or walls deteriorating. Just a suggestion. Also, need more washers and dryers. Had two washers we had to wait on with only one dryer working.

The hotel was nice but the front desk one worker was extremely rude. I am not sure of her name but when asked about a charge on my credit card that was not suppose to be there she acted like it was a major inconvenience to look through the receipts to find the charges.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this property when visiting Navarre so finally we did. The registration floor that also serves the breakfast is very nice. They had a good breakfast bearing every day. The room as soon as we walked in had a terrible mildew smell I should have gone down and asked to see another room, but I did not. We stayed in a king bed with a sofa sleeper. I would prefer to have just a room with a king bed in it, which would’ve given us more room around the bed. We had the balcony facing the bay and when sitting on the balcony, you have a lot of road noise from the traffic. Don’t know if I will ever stay there again for the price that you have to pay and I neglected to see that they charge $25 a day for parking.

Some nice things - friendly people, breakfast buffet, great beach access with Caribbean-like white sands, and pool with lazy-river option. However, only 2 elevators (including use by service crew) for a 6 floors hotel is crazy, plus ice machine on floors 6 and 5 were out during our week-long stay (no "out of order" sign on floor 6 even though we asked on day 1), too few umbrellas in pool area, too many unsupervised kids jumping in lazy-river area, minimal food options in restaurant and pool area, etc. We loved Navarre Beach, so if/when we return, we'll select different lodging.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay to park. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did this. I rented a room, so why would I not be able to park free? Other than that, ZERO complaints!!! Loved the property, amenities and area.

The elevator situation is not good at all. Only two elevators in the entire building makes for extremely long waits. The keying to ascend to certain floors was also confusing. One of the elevators doubled as a service elevator, so often we had to share crowded elevators with service personnel. The hotel advertised ice machines on each floor but only two machines worked in the entire building, and because the elevator locked us out of certain floors we had to use the stairs. The hotel also bragged about being eco friendly so we hung up our towels because we are ok with that. Our towels were changed out every day, and our room was cleaned every day even though the check-in said rooms would be cleaned only upon request, which took us off guard because we weren’t expecting it. On the plus side, the access to the beach was amazing

Love Navarre Beach!! Have stayed at other properties! Sand in my bed when we pulled the sheets down, seems like washing them may not be getting all the sand out. Elevators… too slow, over crowded used the stairs many times. Slamming doors all the time and barking dogs and crying children …worst of any hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed in.

Kids running and yelling down the halls at night...some woman screaming. Slamming if the doors at all hours. Our mini refrigerator wouldn't kero stuff cold. Fristed up. The floors were absolutely nasty caused Our feet and socks to be disgusting. Looks like they weren't even cleaned in between guest . Our exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work. Lights beside our bed didnt work.
