4th of July Vacation

Condo was very nice. We rented at this location because we were bringing our boat. Dock was set up perfectly, but water was super rough because of the boat traffic in the area. The water hose on the dock was super nice for washing the salt and sand off the boat. Boat Trailer parking at the condo was very convenient, but a little tight. Better be a good drive and comfortable backing a trailer.

Great venue for our family of 6

We definitely enjoyed our stay. My wife and I enjoyed the balcony area that overlooks the bay. My teenagers enjoyed the pool that was only a stone's throw away. Finally, my toddlers enjoyed the fact that we were so close to the beach. Quaint place with wide open space for my family of 6!

this is exactly where you will want to stay if you are an out of towner. Its gorgeous and close to EVERYTHING!!! The owner is amazing!

Nice property, good location.

The apartment was in nice shape. Our only issue was missing sheets for the sleeper sofa and the property manager addressed it very quickly. Sundown has its own beach access to a part of the beach that is not posted as private property. This is a huge plus in Perdido Key. The pool is nicer than it looks in the pictures. The landscaping provides a nice mix of sun and shade. The back porch has a lovely view of the bay.

Short Beach Stay

We had a nice short stay at Perdido Key and found this property to be very suitable. The property manager was very helpful in attending to our questions. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds and furniture comfortable, and our only suggestion might be to have a few games added for guests.

My two kids and I had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was perfect and the view from the patio was breathtaking. The room was very clean. The location is very quiet. Will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

Take Your Fishing Pool!

My husband, a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 2-3 maintenance issues that needed tending when we checked in, but the property manager was responsive and a maintenance person was there within the hour. The sliding glass door was nearly impossible to close, even with maintenance, but I understand it's on the list to be replaced. The condo is beautifully decorated! So nice. Loved the artwork and craft pieces in the home. The kitchen had everything we needed, well-stocked with nice pots and pans, dishes and cocktail glasses. :) Nice, modern comfy furniture. The king bed was a little soft for me personally; the twins beds were a little firmer and super comfy. We didn't use the couch pull out, but as a couch it was super comfy, and there was ample seating inside and out for us and a couple guests. Check-out was so easy. Just a few simple things to do. Now, for the best part: We spent most of our 5-day trip on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view -- when we weren't catching fish off the dock! I fish, but no experience necessary. A live shrimp dropped under the dock a little before sundown, and we caught one after another -- mostly Mangrove Snapper one night -- until we ran out of shrimp. So much fun. We spent most of our time riverside, but the pool is very nice and there is easy beach access by a private boardwalk across the street. I really like this property and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a great experience

This property was in a great location with the beach right across the street. Also within walking distance from a couple restaurants and small shops. Bay views were lovely. The condo itself was cute and laid out well with nice decor. I’m a professional house/rental property cleaner and It is in need of a deep cleaning. Pretty dusty and dirty dishes. No hair dryer. Overall, it was a great experience.
