Welcome to the Lakehouse! Immerse yourself in this serene property located in Pensacola, Florida. Conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and the University of West FL, as well as a quick 20-minute ride to Pensacola Beach. The home is perfectly outfitted in high quality furnishings, large flat screen TVs and cable television to cap it off. The house has a pool that is shared with the owners and rests on a gorgeous lake.

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve. And all guests are required to sign a release for use of the pool and lake.

I give my guests space but am available when needed
I am available to guest as needed. I am in the vacation rental business on Pensacola Beach, so serving guest is my passion. I am very knowledgeable about the area and if there is any kind of experience you are wanting, I am a great source to guide you on how to achieve it. Being in the hospitality business I understand the importance of having a “go to” person for any kind of need. After check in you will receive my contact information and if you need anything please feel free to reach out. If you would like to be kept to yourself I totally understand; that is the beauty of the rental...you have your own privacy from entrance to exit. We ask guests to be out of the pool by 10PM nightly.

Beautiful neighborhood with great natural features. Vivid scenery surrounded by nature. Very close to University of West Florida, great for sporting events and college visits.

There are several modes of transportation to get you around Pensacola. I recommend using your own personal car or Uber and Lyft are readily available!
