Located in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes area, Breezy Point has so much to offer. Whether it`s golfing, boating, fishing, family reunion or hanging out with friends, we have the perfect place for you! This newly remodeled cabin has all the comforts of home.

Private two bedroom, one bathroom well equipped with all the conveniences of home. Forgot something? Now worries, we’ve got it!

Cozy cabin with large front deck and private backyard, great for bonfires, yard games, picnics, or simply relaxing.

We typically like to stop by and say “hi” and we’re near by if you needs us, but that’s it. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, let us know.

Bachelorette Trip

Mara and Todd have an amazing property that comfortably housed 5 ladies for my sisters bachelorette trip! They answered questions promptly and made us feel at home. It is super close to the Breezy Point Resort. We all want to come back again next year.

A few friends got together for a weekend in Breezy Point. We stayed at the Loon Lodge. Todd and Mara are great hosts. The place was spotless when we arrived. The house is walking distance to a lot of activities in Breezy. Thank you for the great weekend

We stayed while our son was in hockey camp down the road. Great area with lots of beautiful lakes in the vicinity. Comfortable cabin with good deck and good kitchen. Had everything we needed.

Beautiful home, well thought out!

Friday/Saturday stay. All went very well! We really enjoyed the home, how well the kitchen was stocked, good beds, nice backyard...very comfortable! We chose it so we could have our pet Corgi with us. It actually cost us more to have our pet with us than if we'd hired a pet sitter to stay at our home. Total cost would have been more in line if it was a 3 night stay.

Perfect for Small Family!

It had everything we needed. The hideout bed was a lifesaver when our 1 year old decided he didn’t want to sleep in our portable toddler bed. The location was perfect, I was able to walk to the coffee house at the breezy point resort for a morning coffee.

Perfect cabin!

A group of girls and I went up to this cabin for a weekend and had a great time! The cabin was very clean, fully stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone. I really liked that there were twin bed options versus multiple queen beds. The property was beautiful and very close to the Breezy Point resort. I did have a little scuffle with the property owners; there was some miscommunication with them that was a mistake completely on my end; however, when confronted, the owners talked down to me and assumed I had bad intentions which was never my plan. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to, and it put a damper on my experience. However, I understand why the owners may have been upset, and it was a mistake on my end. Other than that, the experience was perfect and I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in breezy. It is even better than in the pictures!!

Quick stop on a golf trip

A great home base!

We enjoyed the property immensely, it’s a great home base for the area. Local wildlife visited and we were a 5-20 minute walk away from several local shops / restaurants and Breezy Bay resort’s beach. It’s clean and well appointed, the front porch screen doors let in a beautiful breeze and sunshine.
