Nice pool area with a warm pool. Our room smelled of old smoke and there was whitish dry scum on the bathroom counter and at top of sink. Breakfast was running out of food and the breakfast attendant disappeared for a period of time to replenish items. Would not recommend staying here.

Terrible.

Very loud and busy. Terrible service, there were no pool towels when we used the pool, I advised the front desk, they said they would get to it when they could and when we left about 45 minutes later they still hadn’t came with towels. Also, the breakfast kept running out of things. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and overall it was just not a good hotel.

We stayed one night on our way to our next destination. I had ordered a King Accessible room and was very pleased with the room and it amenities. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was fully accessible and well laid out. Breakfast choices were good and the eating area was clean.

For $220 for one night I would definitely stay elsewhere. This was MAYBE at best $120 per night stay. The rooms are very very very dated and the walls have to be super thin as you could hear everything. The pool floor was nasty. Would never spend that amount again at this property…if you can stay for $150 or less fine…but anything more would not be worth it.

Liked the rooms,staff and food. Unfortunately in the last 2 rooms we stayed in the tv controllers were not compatible with the tvs ! In fact we called the desk about this issue and a staff member came to help. But all he could tell us was that indeed the remotes were not compatible with the tv. He suggested that all we could do was press the up and down keys and hope that a channel we liked would come on. We have never seen a situation so poor as that. A huge disappointment! We had trouble with our room keys but if you tried them more than a few times they would open the door. A trip to the desk usually fixed this issue. We noticed a few other guests were having the same issue. Perhaps this might be due to outdated or obsolete equipment?

Our room was nice and the bed was a decent size but it was too soft (almost lumpy) and the a/c sounded like a plane was taking off every time it turned on. We were on the 4th floor and I liked that there was an actual fan in the bathroom so that everything didn't fog up. The staff were very nice and friendly. The hallway carpets needed fixing/replacing as they were coming up in areas. For the price, I'm going to say we would stay here despite our minor complaints if we were in Peterborough again.

Good basic hotel

Good quality hotel on a main shopping street away from the downtown. Lots of restaurants, shopping nearby. Small breakfast room with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. Small shallow pool great for playing with a couple kids.
