Staff was excellent at the front desk. Overall - Elevators were filthy, pool walls could use a scrub, dirt and debris on pool deck, old pool toys were gross, desperately needs a facelift. Many items peeling and lifting. Beds killed my back - took weeks to recover. If you have to go to Peterborough, I recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.
