ABOUT THE RENTAL
Step back in time with all the comforts of today in this beautifully renovated 1890s Victorian home, perfectly situated in the heart of Petoskey’s historic Mitchell Street district. Just a short stroll from the Gaslight District, you’ll be moments away from downtown restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment.

This spacious home features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, thoughtfully updated while preserving its enchanting original character. The main level boasts a bright, modern kitchen that opens to a large side deck, ideal for grilling and entertaining, as well as two inviting living areas, a dining room, and a full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing comfort and privacy for your group.

While the home does not include central air conditioning, screened windows and provided box fans allow the refreshing Northern Michigan breezes to keep the space cool and comfortable during the warmer months.

In the winter, guests will love being just a short drive from some of the area’s best ski hills, making this a year-round destination. Spend summer evenings relaxing on the front porch with a glass of wine, or head out for a day of adventure, whether it’s golf outings, local farmer’s markets, concerts in the park, or biking the scenic Little Traverse Wheelway. With Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, and Boyne City all nearby, this central location is perfect for exploring Northern Michigan.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This is a beautiful house in a great location and easy walk to shops, restaurants, the Lot and early morning coffee (and juice!) at the Grove. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Place is amazing and in a great location. We would stay again. There is actually one more bed than was listed. We only used it because we had someone get in from the airport late, so they didn't wake anyone up! The bathroom space is great as well.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the front porch, sitting in our chairs enjoying the fresh air! You can walk to nearby shopping areas and restaurants. The deck is really nice and we cooked out on the grill. Petoskey is centrally located between Traverse City and Mackinaw City, easy travel either way.
