Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. A little noisy because it’s on a main road. But, the yard is all fenced in for privacy. Plenty of room for a large group. The management group did a great job keeping us informed. We would go back.

Lake view was wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the porch where there was plenty of seating for the 7 adults we had. Location was a short drive to Petoskey and a few wineries in the area. Everyone had their own space/bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. Would gladly book again!

What an awesome house! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Out of all the properties we have stayed at, this was by far the best stocked kitchen we have used. If you needed it, you could find it! We were able to cook a full French meal and eat it in the beautiful dining room!
